Tovheir muttered a curse. He was fed up of waiting for Lis to return. "Tai'vil keep them going, I'm going to look for Lis." He and Kaira were gone before Tai'vil had a chance to argue.

Tai'vil looked to the nearest villagers and they seemed confused but followed willingly.

Lis growled, pinning a Dummerian to a tree. "What do you mean, you left it behind? Do you know how this slows everything down?" She released him, allowing the man to slump to the ground. "This is terrible..."

Kaira galloped through the forest. Tovheir looked around for any sign of Lis. Having Kaira halt he could hear her voice. He dismounted and approached cautiously on foot with his sword drawn.

Lis kicked the man, forcing him back to his feet. "You're lucky I'm letting you leave this alive... Now go." The man complied, scampering off into the forest. Lis turned in time to see Tovheir.

"What the h*** was that about!?" Tovheir watched the Dumerrin run away.

Lis coughed. "I found this man wandering just over the border. He had some suspicious items, claiming that he had a permit. But, he left them at home. So I let him leave."

Tovheir sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose. Looking back at Lis, "You didnt see anything else?"

Lis nodded, looking at him with some form of hurt on her face. "You don't believe me, do you?"

Pallon smiled and chuckled again. "Not that you arent capable of protecting yourself. I mean you did manage to move two of those beasts when they were dead weight... Thanks for that by the way. I was pretty sure I was going to die being crushed by a stupid lizard."
