Konoha, from the anime Mekakucity Actors~ I haven't watched much of it, only around three episodes, but I know basically what's going on since it has an entire series of VOCALOID songs called Kagerou Project which relate to each episode.

There are so many moments in the story that would have been vastly improved had a character looked at the camera.

Stupidprotagonist should really go on TV tropes. He'd be a lot more genre-savvy if he did.

Honestly, I have no idea why that law is even really enforced anymore, considering how often the clan cats step all over it.

It's really bizarre, isn't it? It doesn't make too much sense other than "pure blood" junk, especially since the cats are generally still loyal to their Clan after all is said and done.
