Elieen swam to the top of the ocean, she liked the way the air smelt. She swam to the beach and just sat there, with the waves still rolling in and out over her tail.

Hayden noticed a girl and started at the girl fascinated by her tail. "Um...H-hello." He said quietly walking over to her slowly. "W-what are you?"

Kamryn gasped when she saw someone walk towards her. She tried to swim away but her tail was caught between two rocks. "Go away! Don't hurt me!" she yelled in fright.

She blushed nervously and nodded "I know, but theres a guy over there, so..." she shrugged. She smiled and heard someone ask "what are you" her heart beat fast and her eyes widened "someone discovered a mermaid"

Hayden slowly put his hands up. "I won't hurt you I promise." He said softly walking over to her. He looked at her tail and touched it tracing the scales. "If I free your tail can you promise that you won't swim away?" He asked looking at her.

Elieen sighed. She wasn't sure if she could entirely trust him, but the rock was hurting her tail. She sighed. "Yes, I won't swim away." she promised.

Hayden nodded and carefully moved the rocks away. "Can you answer some of my questions?" He asked looking at her.

Adira continued to paddle towards the surface. She glanced behind her to see if the girl was following, but didn't see her for a few moments. When she did, it was only her blurred shape below the water. She frowned slightly, again finding her very odd to say the least, but focused back on her paddling. It didn't even appear like she was swimming, just sort of gliding through the water, which confused her. Once closer to the island, where the waves were larger, she slid off her board and held it steady with her hand, walking the rest of the way towards the shore. "I'm Adira by the way," she spoke, unsure if the other girl could hear her or even exactly where she was in the water.

As Lola answered his question, he wondered for a moment if she still went to school. She looked young enough to, but it also wouldn't surprise him if she had already graduated. He assumed the latter, side she said she could stay for as log as she wanted, suggesting she didn't have to go back the next school year. "I've lived here my whole life, same house too." He responded, jerking his head back slightly to indicate the medium sized house behind him. It was where he grew up, and was born in the nearest hospital.
