Oi! So I finally think I have this more or less figured out. I believe the main plot will just be to "survive" a series of tests, much like the TV show Survivor, hehe. Pros and cons come with being in certain places throughout the thing, etc. Anyhow, here's the intro I have written up, please do critic or point out things you think should be played with for the plots sake. (tbh, I'm editing this from my notebook as I type it up.. ;>.>)Folly + Zmija wrote:Ten innocent souls all stood surrounding a beautiful statue of a lion, lips curled upward showcasing magnificent teeth that parted in a mighty roar. Not a sound could be heard in the huge hall, not even the breathing of the ten. The five women and five men had eyes wild with the fires of an array of emotions; some tense, some curious, some simply terrified.
BAM!
As one unit the ten jumped in surprise, eyes shooting toward the source of the noise. A woman stood in the door-frame, her figure so elegantly line in silk. Every inch of her body exuded with grace and poise as one hand ran down the metal frame, her long nails screeching the whole way down. When the screeching was done her voice was finally heard, "Evening.." One simple word before she was set in motion. A golden blanket of hair fell below her hips and when the woman finally strode forward her hair swayed with near perfection. The eyes of the ten were glued on this unfamiliar female, some jaws unhinged in awe.
When the woman reached the statute of the lion one hand found it's way on top of a huge paw while the other found the lady's hips. Standing next to the lion really put the woman in perspective for the ten; the statue was far taller then any of them, they'd be lucky to reach a paw on their tip toes. This woman's hand was close to her shoulder easily making her two feet taller then those gathered around. This female seemed to expect this reaction however and she stood in silence a moment, letting her form do the intimidating for her for a moment. When she did break the silence, it was with a hearty chuckle, "You guys wouldn't know though, would you?!" The moment the sentence was over, the woman's face grew serious and she cleared her throat loudly.
"Onto the reason you're all actually here, yes?" suddenly her face looked so bored and a sigh fell from her lips. Her eyes rolled the length of her upper lid before she spoke with sarcastic enthusiasm, "You're all gods..!" She clapped in a mocking way before she straightened up, both hands clasped in front of her.
One of the surrounding males grunted as if to speak and the woman's lips instantly tightened and she shot him a glare. "I honestly don't want to waste time with words." As if to prove that they were gods the woman's green eyes narrowed into feline like slits and gained a golden color. Her blonde hair whipped around behind her and her voice seemed to become a lion-like growl, "So.. SHUT.. up."
A simple blink and slow sigh made for a level voice and round pupils, "As you all know," she began again, "you come from might, legendary tribes. For years upon years these gods have been living among us, reborn again and again. They are reborn thanks to the worship they receive from their followers, in this case, your family and friends. By the way, you are the gods of your tribes." her still clasped hands flew apart, "Not you meet your vessels!"
Five women entered the hall and lined up behind the already present men while five men entered and found the women. The reborn gods eyes these quiet 'vessels' curiously.
"Come, come, Theo!" the woman again seemed semi-pleasant as she shouted. A young male trudged in instantly after the words, a crop of gold atop his head. Obviously fit, muscles could be noticed on the male's arms, however most of the humans seemed focused on the canines poking out of his upper lip. Theo, as he was called, came to stand next to the statue alongside the lady, "Yes, Summer." his voice surprisingly resembled a growl, as Summer's had when she was angered.
"In case you haven't caught on, I'm Summer, the Goddess of the Tribe of the Lion. Obviously, since I'm still well, none of you are from my tribe. Theo and I are here to teach you about your vessels and how they can help you throughout your years." She smiled brightly, a hand running through Theo's hair, "However, go introduce yourselves to your vessels and each other first.. Your teachings are to be taught in the form of..
The Trials..!"
ohmygosh, it's so long, i'msosorry. o.o Hopefully it's decent though!
