"'Kay then." Alec nodded, while stuffing the plant into his mouth. His mouth went up and down in a rythmatic pattern. The juices tasted bitter, but Tiahn was right, it did make it feel better.

Ayenda blinked, looking around. She sighed lightly and lifted her narrow shoulders in a small shrug in response to Tiahn's question.

Tiahn nodded and looked around blankly. "Have you ever seen anything like this though?"

"I have never been anywhere like this." Ayenda was not used to speaking, her master had never wanted to hear a word from her. She turned her head to look at Tiahn again, more confidently this time, "All I know is that my master is not here, but whether that is good or not, I do not know..."

Cleoparta had just been wandering along the Nile when suddenly she appeared in a high street. She paused, highly confused as she glanced around herself. The desert heat and sands had gone. Along with the pyramids. She frowned. "Where am I?" she asked herself.
