she looked surprised at him. no one ever asked her a question before. and never her name. "my name is Averies but no one bothers to call me that so Sakura is fine" she said and let out a awry smile. "whats your name?" she said and faded her smile.

The young figure, shorter than most around her, strode through the halls. Her hands felt heavy, which was natural for her at this point, due to the large, heavy gloves that were always on her hands. Yes, it did get her some odd looks, but she had chosen to ignore the stares from her colleagues. The gloves were her only way of using her physicks without passing out immediately, and even then they put quite a serious toll on her. Glancing around, she scanned the now thinning crowd for friendly or familiar faces.

"I'm Jace. Jace Parker." He introduced himself while rocking on the balls of his feet. Suddenly he felt a few drops of water on his skin and those few drops quickly evaporated leaving nothing left. Jace looked up at the somewhat gray sky and then back down at Sakura. "Rain? I thought it was supposed to be sunny today." he pouted for a short moment and then his smile reappeared on his face. "Shall we hurry?"

she let out a sigh and waved her hand over so a wind blew away the grey clouds. she then smiled awry again. "yeah. lets go." she began to walk.

Jace placed his hands on his bag's straps and shifted them on his shoulders. He walked happily towards the school and when it came into view he sighed,"I'm always late. At least i'm not alone this time." Jace smiled down at Sakura and then quickened his pace. "Let's go~!"

she smiled and looked at her feet. a piece of her fell down on her face. "I'm always late too" she said with a smile still looking forward. "i can see you have something with fire to do? your pretty optimistic about life too i see" she giggled a little but it faded away quickly.

"Optimistic?" he repeated, allowing the word to sink in "I guess you could say that." Jace nodded his head and quickly climbed the stairs of the school. "I'm just a warm kind of person." He told her, laughing inwardly at his little joke. "I'm going to be sooo late for my first class." he murmured quietly and opened the front door then waited for Sakura to enter first like the gentlemen he was.
