Personality
"It's so hard to explain...it like...I know people are there to support me...to...to help me...
But it's like there is a brick wall...no, layers upon layers of steel, dirt and bricks...keeping me from hearing their comforting words and to destroy this loneliness...
Why...why is it I can see them? But I can't hear the words they say...? Or feel the hugs they give me?
Why do a I defend myself from no harm? Why...why do I defend myself from everyone...?"
Story
Agana sprinted out of the small, dirt hut. Her eyes wild in fright and panic. Her breathing ragged as she sprinted to the village borders. Her tiny legs pounded against the rocks harshly, putting her paws on the jagged stones she usually avoided. Please, she begged in her mind, please don't leave me!!
Finally she arrived at the village border, a dusty dirt road leading away from the forest and far into the desert. Though sitting upon a tattered, wooden carriage was 3 other Chima Lous.
" Wait! " Agana pleaded, her voice horse from thirst. " P-please! Don't...don't go! Not yet! "
The Chimas all turned to look at the pleading, red eyed pup. One of the 3 Chimas frowned, another looked away and the other gave Agana a sad smile.
" Agana " the one who smiled at her. " We need to go... "
" Please don't! N-no one remembers this place...I-I'll be alone again! Please! " Agana pleaded.
The one who frowned spoke next. " Agana, listen...we need to go home...our own families are waiting for us...they will worry if we do not return "
" What about me?! Y-you could take me with you! " Agana begged.
" We can't " the last Chima said. " Agana...others will despise you...they...they will not look at you fairly "
Tears pricked in the corners of Agana's eyes. Her pupil dilating as she let out a whimper. " It's not that...is it? " she shakily said, her head hanging with her face looking at the ground. " It's because...y-you hate me... "
" Agana, no th- "
" DON'T LIE TO ME! " Agana interrupted, her head snapping up to glare at the other Chimas in hatred and betrayal as tears poured down her fur. " Don't...don't lie to me... I know you hate me...I-I should stop being so BLIND! I know EVERYONE will hate me...after all...I'm a freak right? A disgusting, forgotten, worthless FREAK! "
" Agana, your not a freak! " one of the Chimas said. " Look, you can come along with us! Just climb on board! "
" NO! " Agana screeched. " I WON'T BE PITIED! I-I WON'T BE! I won't be pitied because...b-because " unable to finish her sentence, Agana turned from the Chimas and sprinted back into the ruins of the old village. Two of the Chimas stared after her sadly, while the one who had frowned huffed.
" We best be going " the Chima said.
" Shouldn't we see if she's OK...? "
" No "
And with that, the 3 Chimas left.
Later that night, Agana had calmed down slightly and looked back at their conversation. "You can come along with us...? " she quoted to herself, her face frowned. " But you have already left... "
Turning, she faced the road the 3 Chimas had taken to leave. " Maybe...I should try and...catch up...? " she said out-loud. " You couldn't of gone far...right? "
Slowly, Agana began to walk along the road, her face staring straight ahead as she spoke reassuring things to herself that they would be waiting for her.
" You guys wouldn't abandon me...y-you must be waiting for me... "
" Right...? "
