Hmm I think ChromaHills fits that. I'm not sure about the 'big' plots. Really depends on your definition. Community is definitely small, there's ranks and plots are protected. Ip on the pervious page.

i might join sometime soon. i'm always looking for a plots server to practice my building.
also, question. i had this happen to me last night. i had two servers up, i'm OP on the other, so they did this thing with the hearts, but when i switched back over to the other server (you can have two up at the same time) it had a bunch of golden hearts. i was confused at first but then i was like "they'll stop when i get back on early tomorrow" well, this morning, i logged on and i still had the hearts. no, i didn't have the other server up, and i always fully turn off my computer when i go to bed. i am a mod (admin, as soon as we update to 1.8, and my good friend nano comes back from his school break - he's on vacation) so i didn't want to accused of hacking. i did ./whois on myself, and to it, i still only had 10 health. well, i killed myself and it took away the hearts. still strange though, here's a pic.
