Hayden swam around not too far from the shore before surfacing and looked around. He noticed Jenna and looked at her before diving back underwater. He swam a little closer and surfaced again looking at the girl. "Hello." He said looking at Jenna. He was close enough to the surface so that they could talk but not close enough for her to be able to hurt him.

Lola's smile widened when the canine pushed the shell back off the dock. She was about to dive down to retrieve it when the Greyhound jumped into the water. "Oh! Here, let me help." She whispered to Kai, moving closer to the swimming canine. She had never seen a dog up close before, but she thought they were cute. They reminded her of the dolphins that the mermaids sometimes kept as pets. Lifting her hand out of the water, she stretched it out toward the Greyhound. She had moved out from underneath the dock, but her tail was hidden from view.

Thomas lifted his head when he heard a loud yelp from the shore. Lifting his hand to block the sun, he squinted his eyes to look over at the shore. It appeared that someone had fallen. "Uh, you okay?" He called over, remaining afloat on his surfboard.

Jason moved to the end of the dock, freezing for a moment when he noticed Lola. His eyebrows were drawn together, confused on why some strange girl had been under his dock. He didn't really mind, it was just odd. "May I ask why you're here?" he questioned bluntly in a rather monotone voice. Sitting down at the edge of the dock, he crossed his legs over one another, resting his elbow on his knee and using the palm of his hand to prop up his chin. Completely clueless as to what she was hiding under the water, he waited for her reply with an indifferent expression. He glanced from his dog to her. She seemed fairly nice towards the canine, so he wasn't worried for his companion. Kai had instantly swam closer as the girl approached her, pressing her head to her outstretched hand. She was usually friendly towards everyone and would take any attention she could get. Her legs were too short to touch the bottom, so she had to continuously kick to stay upright.

I swim about and play with Donna. Suddenly I want to go above surface. I swim up and look around. I see a human on a board of some sort and swim closer. I hide behind a rock, but my face still shows. Donna swims up with me and I pet her.
