Hello there, and welcome to Romeo Academy, an all boy's school located in the beautiful English countryside. Romeo Academy is world renown for its wonderful education system and gorgeous facilities, as well as its excellent staff and respectful students. The school offers many excellent opportunities to students who's families can't afford such high education, and more than half of the school is there on scholarships while the other come from more rich or prestigious families. Either way, it is a truly diverse school housing students from all over the world.
Romeo Academy is a boarding school, meaning that each student there is assigned to a dorm. Each room houses four students. The students are also allowed to go into the nearby town after school and on the weekends as long as they behave, and can make visits back to their families during the holidays or stay there in the school, depending.
Each student at Romeo Academy has a reputation, so to speak. There's the class president, the rebel, the prince, the shy one, the class clown, etc. Everyone has their own thing. It's what keeps the school in working order, so to say,mas everyone knows exactly where they stand.
Now, why do I tell you all of this? That's because that starting today, you are a student here at this wonderful academy. A great year awaits ahead of you, and along with it maybe some chance at romance. Who knows, maybe you can find your true love. <3

Alright, real brief, let me explain the label thing. So, each character has a label or a reputation or whatever that sort of describes something that is prominent about them. They could be the class president, the athlete, the class clown, the rebel, the musician, the weird one, the smart one, the playful one, the fabulous one, whatever. There are endless possibilities here. The only thing is that you cannot double up on them, so there can't be two athletes. Does that mean your character can't be an athlete? Of course not! Just maybe try getting more specific. Instead of putting 'the athlete' as his label, maybe put 'star of the football team'. That works just as fine, AND it's not a double. Ta da! Magic~![/size]

Hi, I'm Lucy! It's nice to meet you!
I am seventeen years old as of last April 25th, and I graduate school at the end of this year. I'm stoked! I'll finally be an adult! Yay~!
...
Okay, maybe not very adultish, but whatever.
So, again, I'm Lucy. Um, something's about me... Okay, so, I've kinda been teased a lot because of my name over the years, and although I'm not really shy, I am kind of socially awkward because of it. I'm also just really weird, so that doesn't help much either. Honestly, I'm just all around an outcast when it comes to social groups and such. I mean, hey, who wants to hang out with some weird, socially awkward, ADD, asthmatic kid?
Yep, that's right, I have ADD and asthma. Yay, me! Actually, I'm kind of like a walking medical book. You see, I have asthma and ADD, but I've also got Lung Cancer and this kinda deadly disease called pulmonary arterial hypertension, or PAH for short. Basically, it means that the blood pressure in the arteries leading to my lungs is way too high. It really sucks, because with all these stupid lung conditions I can't really excercise. Like, at all. Anytime I'm forced to move around too much I'll start to have breathing issues or even faint if it's bad enough. Yeah, it's no fun at all.
Anyways, past the sad stuff now! Let's move on to my past, shall we? I think it's semi-interesting, at least to a point it is. I dunno, I guess that's actually kind of up to you to decide whether it's actually all that interesting or not. Anyways, let's get to it!
So, I was born April 25th in the country of Zimbabwe, Africa. My parents were missionaries for the church, so they travelled all over the world to try and spread their religion to different people of different ethnicities and backgrounds. Since they were always ont he move, my siblings and I were all actually born in different countries, well, except for my oldest brother Tate. He was born in the states, but the rest of us are all over the place.
Speaking of siblings, I've got five of them. Yep, that's right. Five. First is my oldest brother Tate, born in Michigan, our home. He's twenty-six now. Then there's Mia, my older sister. She was born in Sweden, and is now twenty-two. Next is Jordan, only older than me by two years. He was born in Rwanda. Next is me, and then it's my younger sister Kayla, born in South Africa. She's fourteen now, and totally a drama queen. Typical teen. Finally, there's my youngest brother Michael, born in Germany right before we left off to come back to the states permanently. He's seven now. It's a lot, and we don't always all get along, but it's fun and we defintiely never run out of people to talk to, that's for sure. Growing up as one of six isn't easy, but it sure can be fun at times.
So, our life was kind of hectic growing up. Afterall, when you're travelling around the world with your parents and a crap ton of siblings, it can get kind of crazy. We certainly didn't grow up the same as most kids. First of all, we were all homeschooled since we were never anywhere long enough to actually attend a real school. We also didn't actually live anywhere we went, so as visitors to these countries, we couldn't have attended school even if we wanted to. So we were all homeschooled, and we also learned a lot about religion, of course. My parents raised us as proud Catholics, and I'm unashamed to admit that I remain Catholic to this day. We also learned an awful lot about different cultures, being as immersed into them as we were. It was actually pretty awesome. I think that the only downside was that we could never really make any permanent friends, and we were kind of stuck with eachother at all times. We did grow pretty close because of it, though, so I suppose it's not all that bad.
When I was ten, Michael was born and our family moved back to Mochigan, where Tate was born, deciding that it was finally time to settle down. Afterall, dragging six kids, one of them being a newborn, all around the world with you isn't really the greatest idea. I'm surprised they managed it as long as they did.
So, we moved back to the states and bought a nice house on Michigan. It was big, but not quite big enough. That was when Tate decided to move out, already being nineteen at the time. He moved into a nearby apartment and would come to visit us all of the time. It was almost like he never left, really. Then Mia and Kayla shared a room, which mia really hated. At the time, she was fifteen and Kayla was seven. It was basically like a war zone. Do not enter. Finally, Jordan and I shared a room and Michael had a small nursery to himself.
We started to attend normal school, and man was is crazy. We had no clue what we were doing. Mornings were especially sphe tic as everyone ran all over the place trying to get together everything they needed. It was very loud and veery crazy, and I hienstly think it tired our parents out to no end. It still does.
So anyways, we all started school, and for some like Kayla and Jordan, it went swell. Mia and I, on the otherhand, didn't do so well. Neither of us had a very easy time making friends at all. Me because of my name and her because of her age group. Everyone already had their friends, and no one was willing to make room for her. She'd often just come home and scream her lungs out from her room while Kayla sat with Jordan and I in our room or left to hang out with her friends. It really sucked.
Now, moving on to when I was twelve, I was diagnosed with lung cancer and PAH. I'd been having a lot of breathing problems lately, and at first we'd thought it was just my asthma acting up, but then one day I coughed up blood and fainted, totally freaking out Mia who had been walking me to class (our school was a combined elementary, middle, and high school.) She brought me to the nurse, and she called my mom. When she heard what had happened, our mom freaked out. She took me to the hospital, and they put me through all sorts off tests, sptrying to figure out what was wrong with me. We were all shocked at the diagnosis. Basically, they told me I was dying. That I had maybe five years to live, if I was lucky. I was twelve. Twelve freaking years old and told I was dying. That was probably the single worst day of my life.
Now here I am, five years later and still kicking. Of course, they said I had five years at most, so for all I know I couod suddenly drop over, have some severe asthma attack, and die. Wouldn't that be fun: not. Still, though, I'm hopeful. After finding out about my conditions, my family had been sure to keep me from doing anything too physical or that might strain my lungs in anyway. You know I haven't attended a gym class since I was diagnosed? Yup, no exercise for me. That's why I'm so small and thin. If I ever tried working out it could seriously effect me, so I'm not allowed to. Ha, the only time in your life you will hear about a kid who is literally not allowed to excercise. It's definitely odd, but hey, if it keeps me alive then c'est la vie.
Oh, one last little bit. So, there was kind of this girl I was dating about a year ago named Cassandra. She was gorgeous, and popular, and just way out of my league. We were together for about a year before I found out that she'd been cheating on with me with some jock the entire time. To say the least, I was devastated. She totslly tore my heart apart, but it was after that that I began to really look back at our relationship and realized something kind of important: I'd never really liked her to begin with. Sure, she was pretty, she was popular, she was everything most guys would look for, but I hienstly never really felt anything for her. Nothing real, anyways. It was around that time that I finally came to the realization that I was gay. I mean, I'd always been attracted to guys, but I always kind of just figured I was bisexual or whatever. The truth is, though, that I've never felt attracted to girls, and I'm kind of just glad I caught it when I did. I mean, there are people who grow ups get married, and have children before even realizing that they're gay. So yeah, it sucks to find out how I did what with that stupid girl tearing me apart, but at least I found out before I went and married her or anything. I think the hardest part about it all, though, was telling my family. Afterall, we're all catholic, and that's not exsctly an excepted thing in our community. I told Jordan first, and he was totally cool with it. Next was Mia, who by then had moved out, and she was very supportive as well. Same with Tate. I told Kayla, and... well, she didn't approve. She said, and I quote, "No. I'm not having a gay brother. No." Yeah... It really hurt, actually. Like, a lot. I then finally got up the courage to tell mom and dad with the help of Jordan, who atood by my side the entire time. They were surprised, but they supported me never the less, which felt absolutely amazing considering how worried I'd been that they wouldn't accept it. I'm not sure exactly when Michael found out, I'm guessing my parents probably sat him down and explained it to him, but he thinks it's really cool. He's actually really proud of having a gay older brother, and it really feels wonderful to know that. I'm not out to anyone but my family, butt I'm getting there. I'm thinking that first I'll graduate, and then I'll come out. For now, though, I'm fine with only my family knowing. They've got my back, and that's all that matters.

"Will Mr. Bates Eckton please come and stand before the court."
I looked up, deep blue eyes peering from below strands of straight, black hair. The room was silent, expectant eyes all turned onto me, sitting there in an ugly orange jumpsuit reserved only for convicts who've committed some sort of crime. I didn't commit any crime. I was innocent, and yet no one seemed to believe me. They all thought I'd done it. They all thought I was a criminal. It just wasn't fair.
"Bates," my mother whispered, turning on the bench beside me and giving me hard, urging eyes, "what are you waiting for? Go up!"
I sighed, slowly standing up from the hard, wooden bench. On my other side, my lawyer stood as well, adjusting his tie briefly and setting a stern and serious look on his face. What a prick.
"Mr. Bates Eckton," the judge suddenly spoke, his eyes directed down at a small stack of papers held in his hands. It was my case he held, and he looked over it with serious eyes, skimming the information before looking back up at me again, "you have been brought in on charges of first degree murder. How do you pledge?"
It was silent for just the briefest of moments, and in that time I looked back on what had gotten me there. It wasn't my fault, really. It honesty wasn't. "Not guilty," my lawyer spoke up, directing a steady gaze up at the judge. I'd been told not to speak, and so I stayed silent, standing there in my prison uniform with my hair in my eyes, staring directly ahead and watching as my own life unraveled before me. The lawyer continued, finishing the sentence I dreaded more than anything, "on reason of insanity."

"Have you ever thought... that maybe you heard... voices... in your head?"



"Have you ever listened to them...? Obeyed...?"



"Did you let them take over...?"

Bates Elliot Eckton was born on January 23rd, 1997 in a Massachusetts hospital near his parents' home in Worchester, Mass. He was raised as an openly child by both his parents and attended the local public school system. Life was basically normal for him, and nothing major really ever happened to him as a child.
Despite his normal upbringing, Bates was always quite different from all the other kids. He was quiet, and never really bothered with trying to make friends or participating in any activities. He was always just the type to sit on the sidelines and watch. Throughout his entire life, he never once had a friend. Not a single one.
Bates alwats had some slight anger issues. One second he would be quiet and calm, and then the next second he'd be screaming and throwing things. When he was fourteen, his parents finally took him to see someone about his issues, and he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. They put him on medication, but more often than not he would refuse to take it, do it didn't really help much.

Bates was fifteen when the voices started. He began to hear them in quiet whispers and mumbled phrases at first, but as time went in the voices grew clearer and more confident. The things they said also became progressively darker, going as far as telling him things such as killing his family. He fought the voices as best he could, but after awhile it just became too hard, and he eventually gave in, allowing the voices to control him. They slowly began to drive him insane to the point where now his emotions and even a large part of his humanity seem to ge locked away deep inside him.
At sixteen years old, the voices finally drive him to kill someone. He was brought to court to stand before a judge, and pledged not guilty on reason of insanity. He was released with no charges pressed, but is forced to attend therapy sessions each week. Still, though, the voices continue on in his head, and he tries his best to fight them, despite knowing his efforts are in vain. He's no longer in control.

Chance Christian Garcia was born January 4th, 1997 in Eliot, Maine. Raised along with his younger brother Aiden by his mother and father, both him and his brother were very happy children. Aiden and him were very close, and practically inseperable from one another. They did everything together.
When Chance was nine years old, his parents began to seriously fight. It got worse and worse until they would phsically hit and shove each other. Finally, when Chance was twelve years old, they got a divorce. His dad took Aiden and moved to Michigan, and Chance hasn't seen them since. He misses his brother terribly, and although they do talk on the phone occasionally, they've sadly drifted apart a lot.
After his father and brother left, Chance fell into a really deep depression. His mother did the best she could to cheer him up, but despite her best efforts she just couldn't seem to shake him. He began to "hurt himself", and after catching him doing so when he was fourteen, his mom brought him to the nearby hospital, placing him in the ward there for an entire week. He spent the next year in an out of that ward, not seeming to be getting much better. Finally, when he was almost sixteen he was completely released from the hospital. He relapsed a couple of times afterwards, but now has been clean nearly an entire year. Still, he always wears a hoodie as a sort of cover to hide his scars. It also helps with his anxiety which he has developed as a result of isolating himself for so long. Whenever he feels anxious, he just tugs his sleeves down over his hands and pulls the hood over his head.
Last year, as a present on his sixteenth birthday, his mom gave him a kitten she'd gotten from the local adoption center that he named Cassidy. Cassidy has since become his bestest friend, and he loves her more than anyone.

Hey, I'm Tristan Fennec Welch, but you can call me Fennec or Tristan, whichever you prefer. Oh, and no, I'm not related to the jelly people.

Anywho, I am your average, crazy, totally gay senior in high school! I like to make friends so that I can torture them, and I'm a major jokester! My current project is Chancey. He's so cute! I'm going to make him so fabulous, you'll have a hard time believing he's straight. Trust me.

So, I don't have all too much of a story to share. I was born and raised in a small town in Kansas, practically in the middle of nowhere. Blech, boring. My mom found ought I was gay when I was fifteen and kicked me outta the house, so I left and moved around the country for a bit. I eventually landed here, and I've been living here for nearly a year now. I live in a small apartment in the center of town, and it's pretty nice. Small, but relaxed. Quite honestly, I'm really glad I left my mom in Kansas. I've been so happy ever since! I've been openly gay, amd have had loads of boyfriends over the years. Yeah, maybe I jump into relationships a little fast, but I can't help it, I'm just a very flirty person!

Hello. My name is Hana, which is Japanese for flower. I'm Tristan's pet skunk. There's not really all that much to say about me really. He adopted me when he was seventeen and living in California. I'm very calm and quiet, and pretty shy too. I don't like to come out when other people are around, and I tend to instead just hide away under Tristan's bed. When we're alone, though, I'll curl up on his lap and cuddle. I like warmth a lot, and sometimes when I'm cold or tired I'll even curl up with Rusk, but it's pretty weird. Anyways, that's all. Bye.

Hi, I'm Rusk, Tristan's red husky. I've been living with him since before his mom kicked him out, and was about a year old when Tristan took me and left. We've been together ever since, and I am extremely loyal to him. He's my best friend, and I will defend him no matter what. I don't get along the best with Hana, but sometimes I'll let her cuddle with me or I'll play a bit. It's pretty rare, though, because to be honest I'm a bit wary of her. I'm a very friendly dog, though, and very calm as well. You can pet me and I'll sit still. If you try and hurt Tristan, though, then I will kill you, no questions asked. That's all. Bye.

〖 Meric Cameron Ryder was born July 19th to
Johnathan Ryder and Elizabeth Cowell,
his parents, who were only nineteen and twenty at the
time. He lived with them in a small
apartment there in New Hampshire and was the best
thing that ever happened to them.
At least, that's what they always told him.
Meric has very little memory of his mom, who left
when he was only five years old.
He never understood her reason for leaving,
and so of course blamed himself for it.
The only things she left behind were an old,
faded picture of her hugging him from behind,
both smiling brightly, and a stuffed dog. They
became his two most treasured possessions,
and he would never let anyone touch either.
After his mom left, Meric started refusing to speak.
At first, his father didn't push it too much,
but after awhile he became worried. He tried
everything he could, but Meric refused to give in,
and so he eventually gave up and Meric remains mute
to this day.
Despite his early hardships, Meric has had an okay life.
His father always made sure to love him
enough for both parents, and although they had very
little money, his dad always worked his
hardest to make sure they got through. Then when Meric
was eleven, his grandmother on his
mother's side got in touch with them. His mother
had always claimed his grandmother had died
long ago, so they had never met before. Vanessa Cowell
was a sweet woman, and she felt awful
for not having known about her own grandson since
her daughter and her never talked.
After that, she began sending monthly checks to Meric
and his father to help them get by
and has become a close family member for them both. 〗

This is James, Meric's best friend.
Yes, he's a stuffed animal. Deal with it.
Meric's mom gave this stuffed dog to him
before leaving his life forever, making it
very special to him. He's had James since he
was five now, and never intends to let him go.
In fact, although Meric would never admit it,
he actually carries James with him everywhere,
even to school. He keeps him in his backpack
as a sort of comfort thing, and will take him out
whenever he's feeling upset or anxious.
If he doesn't have James with him then he
just doesn't kno what to do, so he makes sure
to bring him everywhere he goes with him.
So James is very special to him.
