I don't quite understand what you mean. If you are asking if you can make your own lines for this competition, than yes, you may, just as Eleya and other users who have posted before you have done. If you're asking if you can actually make your own kennel at the Pound of Love, then no, you may not. If you're asking if you can donate or create a character specifically for the Pound of Love, then yes, you may do that.

Please stay on topic. Though I am sad that he died as well, this is not the place nor time to discuss such matters. Also, the stamp is not mine - I simply borrowed it from a person on DA.
