With Plumerians, a popular adopt, the artist says on the first post:
"You are now the lovely parent of ____ plummies! Would you like to keep, gift, or put it/them up for adopt?"
And then the owners of the parent plumes would decide to what to do with the babies. Half the time they kept or put up for contest.
Why not do it that way?
It would be easier. I know if I ever bred my Angoura and got two I'd keep one and ufa the other.
adult - artist - she/he/they
just j is fine, too.

I would like to breifly say that I feel like the owner of a kit should be the one to decide what happens to it. Even when they have two they shouldn't be forced to give them one of the up. I suppose if you want to keep people from hoarding kits you could set a limit for the amount of kits people can have at a time- maybe six or so. That way they'll be forced to take an interest in them sense they would have to remember to age them before being aloud to bred again, which would also stop them from breeding to often. Though once again I don't really think people should be forced to do anything with their kits.
That's just how I feel however <3
All this talk of kits makes me want to breed some of my Rukami though hah. Also makes me think about my only kit Tanaka, I might put him up for adoption but I still really like him. So if someone would like to roleplay shoot me a message <3

I agree with Undertaker, the owner should have the right to do what they want with the kits. Setting a limit for kits would be better, or maybe set a cooldown time for the parents? So once the parents breed, they can't breed again for a _____ amount of time or until the current kits grow up. Then there is time in between the breedings or they have to grow the kits before they can breed again, making it so they can't forget about the kits. I also agree with if both parents belong to one person, they get one kit, and if there are two people they get two kits, one for each. They still get a kit so they have no right to be mad about not getting two. If they want a second they just breed again later, prevents them from getting a billion kits and hoarding them.

I don't mean to freak anyone out with the idea of possible changes or anything, I just really like getting the feed back from you guys because you matter as much as I do in the Rukami growth. For now I'm going to make it so that there is a 50% chance that twins can happen or that just one kit will be born (unless you use a potion) and it'll just be a trial thing, doesn't work we go back to the usual nursery.
Now the reason I am here.... You all better love me *dies*

Welcome to the family <D And congratulations on becoming guest artists~
I think it's fair to keep it at 50 percent. If people didn't like getting one kit with a breeding, honestly, they can just breed again - worst case with a potion.
All of your 'kamis for the Seven have been stunning PK. The Maiden is fabulous and I wish the best of luck to any trying for her!
I'd be more than happy to help the first couple that try for her who ask me in any way I can c;
*scurries off to answer rp with Undertaker*
I have several lonely Rukamis, so if anyone wants a role play, let me know. My babies are always open to creating relationships - friendships, enemies, alliances, lovers (though that has to be plotted more and agreed upon) ^^

I don't believe I'm formerly introduced either of my Rukami qnq
Mocking Rain

Mocking Rain is a lot like his design's sake - Ame from Wolf Children. He's very weak compared to others of his species/his siblings especially, and is well known for it. He prefers weapons when it comes to fights(if there's a fight he'd be in at all) and this causes others to look down on him a lot...
He is also very feminine, and is often referred to as Annie for multiple reasons. One, it's more of a femme name for him and Two, because it's much shorter and easier to remember and say than his actual/full name.
he is mated to Conviction - however the two are still working on finding a mother to their kits/convincing Fluttering Bird to let them use her Nectar O Gods. ;b
Fluttering Bird

Fluttering Bird is actually yur stereotypical old lady. Whether you take that as she's sweet and kind to children, or the creepy old lady who lives alone in that house down the street and is rumored to be a witch; you're probably right either way. She is the motherly figure in Annie's life, and has never had kits of her own(nor can she, this far into her life). Really, she hates his mother for giving him up due to being weaker than other Kami.
She holds her potions close to her heart; she had originally gotten them for her and her old mate...but after stealing said potions, never did see her mate again and is reluctant to give them up.
And also, I finally decided to try for guest artist/artist haha qvq

Here's my first entry....what do you guys think? omo
