On July 26, 2014 I sent payment to someone for art.

On August 7, 2014 they accepted it because it was event payment.

Here's the trade.

I pmed them since then, being promised it'll be worked on and to give them a character to draw each time /:

I pmed them again just a moment ago asking about it because it'll be 7 months in less than a week in a half since they have owed me this art.

They have been doing personal art, art commissions, and gifts ever since then.

So here's my question:
