I have a question... Are we not even allowed to say that we see a new one? I know we aren't suppose to link or give names or hint horribly but just to say "Hey, I think I found a new custom" I thought was okay.

Actually not.
In the past it just spammed up the thread and sometimes customs were revealed which the owner didn't want up here. Or they just mistakened an old custom which isn't listed as a new one.

You can always pm Wildstorm and she can tell you if it's one of the customs which the owner doesn't want posted or of it's a new one.
