Hillary grinned and stood by Loka's side and smiled.

Tolvia's tail wagged momentarily at the sight of snow -- wondering how long it would be before it was really deep. There would be problems on getting food and finding shelter, but she reckoned they could all survive if they put their minds to it. She dug her paws into the quickly-whitening earth and started digging, her 2cm long claws acting like shovels as she pushed dirt underneath her and started building a pile of it behind her.

Loka stood still before turning 90 degree's and tilting his head, listening. He thought he could hear another dog's yelp. He shook his head and kept on walking, then heard it again, turning left into an alleyway with his brown eyes staring into it, looking for a dog of some kind. "Hello?" he called, taking a defensive posture that showed he would fight if pushed.

Hillary followed him and looked at him then looked down the alley "Hello?" she called out too. She flicked her tail. She stepped forwards brushing up against Loka's side.

Laila stepped out of her hiding spot and she looked at Loka and Hillary. Her tail was tucked in between her legs, her ears were flat against her head, and she was shaking. Her own fear swirled around her and began choking her as if it were a poisonous gas. She looked into Loka’s eyes and her shaking became violent. “Did I do something wrong?” She asked with fear striking her tone.

Hillary softened her voice "no, of course not" she smiled "we were just worried incase of an attack". She rolled onto her back submissivly to show she was no harm.

Loka's defensive strut softened and became a lanky gait as he loped toward the female Staff. "You're not doing anything wrong." He sniffed the female and then walked backward, sitting a meter away from her. "Whats your name? Are you lost?" He asked, tilting his head. Come to think of it, he didn't even know the labradoodles name. What had someone said it was? oh, he couldn't remember. He'd ask her or wait for her to introduce herself. "Im Loka."

Hillary sat by him and smiled at the staff "i'm Hillary and you are?" she asked her. She scratched her head with her back paw and yapped.

"My name's Laila, and I am lost." Laila responded softly. Her body eased a bit and a smile spread across her face. "it's really nice to meet you Loka and Hillary." She barked softly. She walked towards them and shook herself off. Her tail began to wag with a happiness and she continued to look at them.
