Can we talk about the fact that FMA has an AU and loads of XU potential that the official creators have done barely anything with?

Speaking of bringing Ed back, I've been thinking about the "Ed and Al swap places" AU a lot recently.

• AL ALMOST BLEEDING TO DEATH.
• Wouldn't Al be the State Alchemist? (Will add link to episode 6 of 2003 here later)
• AL GROWING UP.
• What would the main running gag be?

so after finishing brotherhood on Monday, everything is literally so happy right now cries

1. Mustang = Ninetails (Hawkeye = Arcanine, Hughes = Ash's Totodile, Major Armstrong = Machoke)
2. I FOUND AN EASTER EGG ALL BY MYSELF. Putting it in tiny letters below as it may be a spoiler in some way?

Lol. I always thought Ed would make a great Cubone. Especially with the backstory and being shorter that a lot of other pokemon. Then I always put alphonse as an evee. Don't really know why. The personality just fits.

Omg! I'm writing a fanfic with my OC's that take place like 26 years after brotherhood! So excited! Just hope I don't get writers block on this one like I have on my FMA × Pokemon crossover.
