Oh boy, what a cute char!
Sadly, I can really only do ferals well. But I can try!

And trust me, you don't want an animation. They are EXTREMLY costly. Many list pets. Because animation is hard and takes time. I would send you the rough animation first to make sure you like the movement before I start.

I could draw him as an animatronic, and that would lower the price by a bit. For some reason I'm perfect at drawing animatronics, but it takes a lot longer to do anthros. Doesn't really make sense but eh, when does an artist ever make sense?
