Celeborn had slowly moved away from Legolas, Galadriel and Maethriel, now that things had started to calm down between them. He was to aid in the recital of the vows, and he needed to be ready. He positioned himself in the spot where the groom would soon be standing and glanced around in approval at the amassing crowd of people. Snow Elves and Wood Elves and Savannah Elves alike, along with a few Dwarves, Hobbits, Men, and even a half-Beorning all gathered to see this most unusual union of a Dwarf and an Elf. It was perhaps one of the most peculiar but nonetheless incredible audiences he'd seen in a long time. Most of the time, these races did not get along at all, and yet here they all were, getting ready to witness a wedding.
Except for Thranduil and Elrond, who were squabbling on the floor.
"Thranduil? Elrond?" he shot them a stern glare. "What are you doing? You two are acting like Elflings!"

Tauriel was still smiling as the people all gathered around. She didn't think she would be able to stop smiling until she kissed the groom, and even then it was iffy. She glanced back at her father and offered him her arm so he could link it with hers, ready to walk down the aisle with him at her side. The long-anticipated moment was almost upon them!

"Of course I'll be a groomsman, Kili!" Bilbo assured with another smile. "And thank you! I'm sure Lily will..." he glanced around when he noticed that people seemed to be congregating. "Is the wedding starting already?!" he frowned. "Sorry, Kili, I have to find Lily! I'll be back, I promise!" he looked genuinely sorry when he dashed off, looking around. Finally he spotted the distinctive reddish hair and darted over to her. "Hallo! Good morning!" he was invigorated by the excitement buzzing around them, and by the very prospect of a wedding. "Um, I know it's short notice, but...would you like to attend a wedding with me?" he asked, then added. "Between my friends Tauriel and Kili. It's happening right now - I'm a groomsman."

Lily looked at him, smiling. She laughed slightly. So that was why everyone was acting the way they were! "Of course I will Bilbo. A friend of yours is a friend of mine. Besides, it's been the longest time since I have attended the wedding. 23 years I believe to be exact." She said. She pushed some strands of her hair back out of her eyes.

"About to be late for my own wedding!" Kili yelped. He sprinted over to the crowd, then noticed Celeborn in front of them. He almost tumbled into his spot, and began to bounce on the heels of his toes as he waited for his beautiful Tauriel to walk down the aisle. He held the ring that he was going to place on her finger tightly in his hand. It was a beautiful band, a golden band with a green gem, the same gem as the clothes she so often wore. He had had it specially made for her back in Erebor, as he knew one day this day would age come around. And now it was here.

Galaenon poking his brother awake as Arwen had told him too she had choosen to get ready before Aragorn and had left it up to Galaenon to pester him till he awoke. "Brother wake up!" he said slapping him in the face finally because poking him wasn't working.

"To think I am in love with an elven king who has tendancy to act like child around lord elrond" Saelweth said looking at thranduil and elrond like get up and get ready before I slap both of you.

Bilbo broke into a smile, "Ah, yes. I do believe I remember the wedding you are referring to. I was exhausted at the end of the day..." he looked around. "Well, then!" he exclaimed. "We'd best be off to the wedding! Follow me," he marched off in the right direction, glancing back to make sure Lily was following, and then took his place near Kili as groomsman, hoping that Lily would be able to stand nearby. He would've apologized for his tardiness, but by the looks of things, Kili was a bit tardy himself.

Celeborn visibly rolled his eyes at the childish Elf lords. He would never indulge in such displays of immaturity, especially at a time like this. He would've gone over to talk some sense into Thranduil and Elrond, but he was otherwise occupied and would have to trust Lady Saelweth to handle it. He simply shook his head, then concealed a small smirk when Kili arrived just in time. "I see you're fashionably late, Master Dwarf."

"It is a dwarvish thing I suppose," he replied quickly, "Can I get married now?" He looked around for Tauriel, but soon came to the assumption she was around a corner, waiting for her time to walk down the aisle.

Lily follow quickly and surely behind Bilbo with a smile of her own. She watched as he took his position. She chose to stand off to the side with the crowd. She saw now one of Bilbo's friends; the one getting married she was sure. Not bad looking, but he didn't seem to be her type. Still, she was happy for the stranger friend of her friend.

Tauriel waited as the crowd started to hush. Her moment had come...and she was about to be wed to the Dwarf of her dreams. A few moments passed...and then a light, chiming instrument being played by one of the Elves in the audience twinkled through the air, a melodious wedding tune, and the red-haired she-Elf, the Captain of the Guard, the daughter of Gil-galad walked down the aisle. She tried to look serene and graceful, but she looked more excited and smiley than anything else. Her eyes locked onto Kili, and she drew in a sharp breath. Perhaps it was the excitement of the moment that did it, but in that instant, he looked absolutely perfect. And she gladly took her place beside him.

Celeborn nodded as the crowd started to quiet, and the wedding tune came to a stop. He took a few moments to mentally prepare himself, and then turned to Tauriel and Kili, presenting a calm and collected surface.
"Today there will be no dearly beloved, no betrothed, and no ancient rhyme of the married.
Today there are no dead languages to solemnize vows that are very much alive and will remain so for a lifetime.
Today promises become permanent and friends become family.
However, this day is not about the words spoken or the rings exchanged, nor is it about grand pronouncements and recessional marches.
This day – the day of Tauriel and Kili’s wedding – is about love.
Tauriel and Kili, your breathless tale is about to begin.
If love is not all, then it is nothing.
Its opposite – If love is all, then it is everything – is going to be the basis for every aspect of your relationship.
All you have to do is simply love one another and that love shows through in everything you do for one another, how you treat each other, in good times and bad.

"Okay I will go," he said somewhat awkwardly, "Tauriel, I remember before I left to go on the quest to reclaim Erebor, and I remember the last thing my mother told me. 'Dont grow up.' And as the quest dragged on and on, I did. But there was something missing. A light, a love, there was a hole in my heart. And then you came along and brought light back into my world. You brought me hope and happiness, and love. I don't care what our people say. I love you, I always have, and I always will. I will do everything and anything I can to be the best husband I can be, until the end if all days be upon us. I love you so much Tauriel." He pulled out the green ring and took her hand gently and lightly. Kili slipped it over her finger and smiled. "I love you." Kili repeated once more.

Blue eyes flash as he grins, wanting to clap, but not sure how to respond. He wants to clap, but doesn't want to drop the cake. And for some reason, his heart aches.. Morag shakes his head and whistles loudly. Of course, now isn't exactly the time to be that... strangely.. answered, more for a tavern brawl than for a wedding. But, they have approval, his approval. His longing, and he would be forever for them.
