Do you have any unique/original/unusual/underused contest ideas that you would like to see in future plumie competitions?

I think it'd be fun to describe the Plumerian using only song lyrics and/or quotes. I'm also a fan of short/limited comps since it forces me to really develop the character instead of throwing in a bunch of unneeded fluff in my forms.

Hey everyone ^^ This guy is going up for adoption !!
It will be a 300 word impress me, and will end in one week (next Saturday) with no extensions.
You can put whatever you'd like into the form as long as you don't write more than 300 words - words in art, headers, song lyrics, etc. all count, so make sure you don't go over the limit!

The one requirement is that his name is a city in China

You can put whatever you think you need to put into the form, but we will be more interested in seeing unique ideas.

I'm personally not a fan of complicated accessories either, though a lot of my plumerians have accessories they wear almost all the time because they're a large part of the character to me. I do think we need to diversify contests, as that makes plumerians fun to try out for for everybody, and I love art comps too! But we have to have a couple different competitions every here and again. Accessory comps aren't all that common, so the amount of them around is pretty slim already. In the future I think it'd be nice to have more varied competitions. Personally I'd like to see more writing competitions. I love reading and writing short stories, and there's been a lack of pure writing competitions for awhile now. u v u The eliminations haven't been around too much lately either.

I completely and totally agree that there should be more writing competitions. I feel like there are many competitions that involve art and are maybe biased towards art... There should be more story competitions for the writers out there :3

I think it'd be really neat to see some more writing comps as well. I consider myself to be a decent writer, I've been doing it on my own (as in not including the stupid things they force kids to write in schools) since I was about seven. I'd be really interested in guest judging one of those competitions (only if the artist/judge asks for it of course.) I'd still probably read through it anyway, I tend to get my inspiration for RP prompts through other people's work. : >

Maybe someone can have a competition where you have to make rhymes for each response. It wouldn't have to be long,
because I know rhyming can get pretty repetitive. uvu

I like writing competitions, but for some reason, all the ones that i end up really liking, I get no ideas for?? Like, I love writing, but only when I get inspiration and a good idea that i want to write out, then I end up finishing a whole form in a day ;u;

Looking for a mate for my babe Daisy.

Daisy; Female; Bi; single
Daisy is a strong, independent female. She doesn’t take crap from anyone and has quite a strong head. Her judgment is amazing, though often times rash, and she’s incredibly intelligent. She often uses this to her advantage in sticky situations and can get out of them as quickly as she got in them. She is head strong and the kind-hearted best watch out. She'll walk all over them. Daisy stands up for what she believes in and doesn't give a crap about anyone else's opinions. She'll fight you if you go against her, or she'll just fight you for fun. She loves to fight and will often times seek out trouble. Daisy is in no way afraid of anything bigger than her. That just means her triumph will be better-earned. To step between the safety of her and her loved ones is certainly a death sentence and she would readily fight for them. While she is not one to fall instantly or quickly, she does love. Eventually. It is all about the relationship for her and if she does fall in love with another, she will become very protective over them and often times worry for them when she is not around.

I'm not really much of an RPer anymore, but I do like to RP occasionally so I'd like to make sure the two get along. I don't draw as much as I used to either. So yeah.
