Winter:
My muscles locked up and I fell on the ground after Cassandra shot a ball of green electricity at me. I started fidgiting randomly. I thought I was having a seizure. I put my hand over the pocket with the USB. I made a sword in my other hand.

Pyro took her away from the town.

Cassandra frowned at the sword. Some energy was leaving her body, the green blood was her life source. "Give me the USB, or I swear my client will hear your name and you will be the first to go," she said, readying another ball of electricity.

Anastasia kept close to Alex. Well, not too close. His body heat could cause her to start melting. But she was a step or two behind him, keeping him in sight. She was quiet as she walked. She lost her apartment and her one source of work. It would take her a while to find another apartment that could offer her the cold she needed to remain alive. But at least she had someone to keep her company, if only for the night.

Pyro led her to his new apartment.

Anastasia watched as Pyro walked up to his apartment door. "Um," she said quietly, "um, thanks for... Everything." She looked down at her bare feet. "For getting the photo and keeping me from melting, and you know, just being nice in general."

I threw the USB on the road. If that didn't damage it beyond repair, a car ran over it. After that, it was unrecognizable.
