Omg it's been so long since I was on this.
If you want to join a factions server where you can hang out with people without being constantly raided, join Chroma hills.

There's a command that lets you be passive, and then no other player can touch you. It's pretty cool! It also saved me a couple of times. My faction is called Bookworms.

Does anyone know how to get outdated servers? I want to play beta with some friends (we're feeling quite nostalgic) but I don't know where to find downloads for outdated versions of minecraft ;/


I'm also searching for someone to pvp with, preferably someone who is good at it (but I'll pvp with any skill level. It would just be better if whoever I'm fighting can hold their own, y'know?). I'm hoping to get better at pvp than my brother and I need to practice with someone who is at my level of skill or higher (and also has a similar time zone [My timezone is EST] because staying up all night for pvp practice isn't an option for me ;p)

When you open the launcher, click on 'Edit Profile' in the bottom left hand side. Then tick the box saying use of beta versions. A warning will pop up, because they can be unstable. But click yes to that then from the drop down box and you can choose a version (beta versions are right at the bottom). That is client side, but as for servers.... I am not too sure. My best guess is google? xD
