I agree! And Tess, thank you for the rule. Some of the signatures on CS have made me very uncomfortable. I really think that this rule is good.

It wouldn't make sense if the negative messages were still allowed in the interest boxes, it somewhat flaws the rule if that is the case.

I never did understand why people would make celebrity hate signatures. I mean, I got my characters I hate, but I won't stick it in my sig, I'll have discussions with other people about them (it can actually be very eye-opening to have a nice discussion with someone who hates a character you love, you'll see a side you didn't see before).

This rule will also affect trade rules or other profile fields.

Please check your signature/trade rules and profile and get them sorted out ASAP!

Yes, thank you! I can't tell you how many people I couldn't trade because they were against homosexuality/bisexuality/asexuality, or joke about suicide. I feel much safer now! Thanks a lot

Aaaaaah I'm so glad for this! Thank you so much, it really got me quite down seeing such nasty messages in peoples sigs. This site is supposed to be about collecting virtual pets and having fun, not about promoting how much you hate certain groups or people!
