When you google blue taffy you get a bunch of different colours, so horsy banned it because the name is unclear.

"Taffy" is just another term for the silver gene but the way it have been shown in wmes have been incorrect and unnatural as far as I'm concerned, since they shouldn't be purpleish/pinkish, which is why that sort of "taffy"/silver was banned.

Harper: Roll around in it, probably chuck it at whoever passes by, and probably drag Elmn into it... She'd have fun.
Hawthorne: Cringe, wipe it off, and give a sermon about a fallen world.
Citri: She'd be surprised, but she'd probably wipe it off and continue on her way.
Lotte: YUCKYUCKYUCKyuckYUCK!!!! Nervous breakdown; she'd probably need therapy, especially if it got into her mane.
Burja: Eh. It's just goo. She'd roll around to wipe it off, but not bother much.
Phooka: She's already planning on how to use this goo to dastardly ends.
