It'd be against the rules.
It's directed at a human population, human economics / sociological status or human activity.

As Tess said:

- It is not allowed to put messages/stamps or images in your signature which promote hate, discrimination, non-support or "anti" feelings towards people (or groups of people).
My only assumption is that it would go against that if you were to say you were heterophobic or homophobic in a signature.
But saying you have Arachnophobia for instance, that would be acceptable since it is not directed at a group of people and in turn doesn't offend anyone.

Yes, Tess even used as example, that saying "I'm anti-hunting" is no longer allowed.
