Hades turned to face Phyre, his black feathers rustling slighty. He dragged a bar-stool from a corner of the room and set it down in front of Phyre. Hades took a step back and then ran a hand back through his thick black and white hair, brushing the longer strands away from his face. "What would you like to eat?" he asked, tilting his head slightly at Phyre.

"Grilled cheese, simple enough, and nobody can ruin one unless they char it." Phyre replied, her green eyes looking at his wings, even though she knew he was an angel it was still strange to see wings, she looked at the stool, and sat on the edge of it.

Hades smiled softly and nodded slowly, walking over to the stove and turning on a low flame. He knelt down beside one of the cabinets and then opened the door, pulling out a frying pan. Hades stood up again and then set the pan over the flame. He turned and then held out his hand, a bag of bread on the other side of the room rustled in response. Two slices of bread slid out of the plastic bag and flew across the room and settled down on the counter beside the stove. Hades turned again and walked over to the fridge, opening it and pulling out a chunk of cheese. He walked back over to the stove and the sliced the cheese and laid a thick stip of it on one piece of bread, setting the other bread on top of it.

Phyre watched with intrest, it was cool that he could call stuff to him. she yawned slightly.

[Jump.Jump.Fall.]

Hades set the sandwich in the frying pan, setting the lid over the sandwich and letting the warmth melt the cheese. He turned around to face Phyre, smiling at her softly. "Tired?" Hades asked, having heard her yawn.

"yeah...a bit, thats what i was doing for hte half an hour after we got here...i was sleeping." she replied.

[Jump.Jump.Fall.]

Hades smiled and then stretched out his wings slightly, feeling a bit tense. The tip of his wing brushed against the knob that controlled the flame of the stove, accidentally cranking up the flame. Hades smiled at Phyre, unaware of the new heat of the flame. The cooking pot began to tremble, the flame heating up the pan. The lid of the pan suddenly flew off, hot cheese bubbling out of the pot. Hades's eyes widened and he twirled around, the bread erupting in flames. The cooking pot was brimming with flames and it shook violently. Hades rushed over to Phyre, throwing his arms around her and spreading his wings out around her. Broiling cheese exploded and splattered all over the kitchen, even on Hades's wings. Hades winced deeply, the hot cheese burning his wings and stinging him fiercely.

Phyre swore loudly, curling up into a ball, she looked at Hades, and saw the pain in his expression. "you alright?" she asked out of instinct

Hades winced and then slowly unfolded his wings, staggered back from Phyre. He drew in a deep breath, placing his hands down on the counter. Hades closed his eyes and hung his head slightly, some if the black feathers of his wings were scorched and had been burned. He clenched his teeth and let out a growl under his breath, a small stream of smoke rising from his wings.

Phyre stood up, and moved to look at his back, she frowned, "yikes...." ways of attempting to heal him came to her mind, and she had completely forgotten that he could heal.....but she didnt know if he could heal himself.
