(Oh, yeah, I was homeschooled for a bit. It was nice, I didn't have to worry about homework or due dates or anything like that.)
"Oh, don't mind him," Za'ji said to 'Gam-Tei'. She wondered how it was he got tangled up in the Penitus occulatus with a name like that, last she heard they were pretty much imperial-exclusive. Maybe they had started expanding their net. "He's a lovely person, but he's terribly protective of me. So, if the Brotherhood has returned, what will you do about it?"

"Seek them out and destroy their sanctuary again, just like last time." August said in a low, threatening voice that resembled a hiss. "I don't know when that will be, but we won't make the same mistake we did last time and let them get away."

"Your determination is admirable," Za'ji said, scoffing inwardly. The only way the Brotherhood had been found before was because one of their own had given them away, they had no chance this time. Especially since the the Brotherhood knew they were coming. "If there's any way I can help you, just let me know."

"Ha, sure." "Gam-Tei" chuckled. His slightly amused look turned to a frown as he realized that Za'ji had practically invited him to arrest her, even if that wasn't her original intention.

"Then I must place you under arrest for suspicion of being a member of the Dark Brotherhood." He stated firmly, standing up and putting his hand on his warhammer. "If you do not come quietly then I will use force to detain and take you to Dragon Bridge."

This was a rather risky move, considering Za'zah and the likelihood of many other Dark Brotherhood members being in the immediate vicinity, but Auguseethus was ready in case someone tried to stick a dagger in his back.

"Arrest me?" Za'ji asked as loudly as possible, making her voice sound shocked and hoping that her sister and her friend had heard. It would be too dangerous for them to do anything here, but she hoped they might be able to follow her and break her out. "Why would you need to do that? I'm not with the dark brotherhood, I'm just a poor hunter's wife trying to help!" Her daggers wer still upstairs, of course, but she still had her claws, a fact that this agent would find out very soon.

"I have reasonable suspicion to arrest you." Auguseethus stated plainly. "Now if you don't come with me quietly and immediately I will use force to detain and bring you to the Penitus Oculatus Outpost at Dragon Bridge."

"Very well then," Za'ji said, huffing angrily. "Take me to your dragon bridge then, if only to sort this mess out as quickly as possible. Will you at least allow me some last few words with my husband, so he doesn't go rampaging across the empire trying to find me?" She hoped that her friends had picked up on where she was going, but she wasn't going to take any chances. She needed to talk to Za'zah, and that was the only way she could find to do it.

Auguseethus panicked a bit, but of course that didn't show on his face. He briefly wondered if he really had got a woman who wasn't from the Dark Brotherhood, but then remembered that they were a sneaky lot (duh).

"You have one minute, and you must stay in this room." Auguseethus decided. "Hurry before I change my mind."

"If I must," Za'ji said, hurrying over to the man who was pretending to be her husband. "I don't have long," she said, her voice a whisper, "So I need you to listen. I've just been arrested, but he doesn't know who I really am, yet. My daggers are in the room, my bow is on top of the house at the end of the street. Get them, and bring them to dragon bridge. If you see any of my family along the way, let them know what happened to me. Do you understand?"

Phydra paused in her conversation with the altmer companion, head lightly turning to listen in on the conversation. She hadn't bought a room, so everything she carried was on her as it always was. She could easily grab the argonians neck and slit his throat with her dagger, but now in public wasnt the right time. So the bosmer sat and the bosmer waited

Za'zah eyes narrowed. "You sure you don't want to just fight him while you get out of here?" He said. He was already dodging arrows with the authorities so it wouldn't be a bother to him.
