I am mostly hesitant because only two of the offered pets are not hoard pets. I'm not sure if I should accept or not... :\

Well the Punk Dogs are on the 4th tier and worth around 5-6 mixed 09 rares. You have in that group 3 09 rares and 2 re-released 08/09 rares as well as 20 other VR/R/UC pets so I think it's fair to say it's more than enough for that dog, yes c:

They're offering all the recent event items, free items in the store and some complete and incomplete store item sets... I don't think they're worth 300 C$, and even if they were it still wouldn't be fair to you and the Non-balloon.
The only list pet they're offering is a 7th tier advent. Everything else doesn't make up the gap ^^;

i agree. Both are unfair to your trading partners. your puppy in the first trade is a '09 re-release if i am not wrong. So it is worth another rare within three month from its original release date.
your store pets in the second trade are worth about a late '10 rare each. So also unfair to them. Hope this helps c:
