Well the Punk Dogs are on the 4th tier and worth around 5-6 mixed 09 rares. You have in that group 3 09 rares and 2 re-released 08/09 rares as well as 20 other VR/R/UC pets so I think it's fair to say it's more than enough for that dog, yes c:

Well, they're offering 2nd and 5th tier advents for your 7th and 1st tiers. That's actually pretty even c: But then the items are rather unfair to you ^^
They're offering store items, sure, but your balloons are worth '09 rares each and as for the store items they're offering, you could probably get enough C$ from just one balloon by trading it for a birthday '09, selling it for around 35+C$ and spending 32 of it on the ice set, a complete water set, contacts and the complete Spring Fairy set owo"
