She looked confused, what was happening? Too many people all around her. Her eyes met the kitchen entryway and she toddled into it, pulling herself up into a chair and sitting quietly waiting till someone actually explained why she was here and her daddy wasn't.

Ash's grin grew wider and he quickly scrawled a message. Would you mind showing me around then? I don't know where anything is. He sheepishly stood, handing Milo the note. She seemed nice, but he wasn't going to lower his walls quite yet. he had only known her for a few minutes after all.

"Sure!" Milo said brightly. "Come on. So that's the girl's room, and those are the nursery. That's Alyssa's bedroom- she's in charge here. I think she's working right now, so I'll introduce you later. The worker bedrooms are down there." Milo started down the steps, explaining what was in each closet and where the bathrooms were. She had been at the house for a bout a month, and she knew it pretty well by that point. She led him to the kitchen door. "And here's the... Oh!" she was surprised to see Millie, another kid she hadn't yet met. "Hi. Who are you?" She shot a smile at Chrissa.

She looked up and smiled at the other little girl, then at the older one who came in and asked who she was. She answered promptly having been taught by her father to always reply quickly and honestly. "Millie Veyy. I'm fourw." She told her holding up her fingers to match the amount spoken. "I'm hungwy."

Legend, seeing that everyone was occupied at the moment, slipped into the pantry and flipped out his pocketknife. He sliced open the back of a candy bag and let several pieces fall into his hand, stuffing them into his pockets and quickly sneaking out again. The candy bag showed no signs of damage on the front.
