Neither. Not even combined would they equal the Phoenix. A phoenix is worth a Non and a Sorbet (or 4 Sorbets). It takes four Balloon dogs to equal a Sorbet (or 2 low Toxics).

Neither of them are fair to the Toxic, though the second is much closer. The UR Ice Cat needs to add a low Main List, I believe.

1. Unfair to you. Your pet is a mainlist pet and theirs aren't even on the list. They add up to something on the advent list, but not close to a mainlist
2. Unfair to you. The gap between the bun and the toxic is larger than that ^^ they would need to add a low mainlist pet around an apple or so I would say
