There were many, many, other kits who never got this chance - Hollykit and Larchkit, Ferncloud's kits, are the first that come to mind, closely followed by Nightkit and Mistkit, Tigerstar's sisters. Why is this little kit so special to get this chance?
It will be sad if he dies, yes. But he should be given the chance to fight for his survival rather than begin sent off for the soft kittypet life without a say.
