It looks like an E to me... But maybe it's just 3 lines. I don't really see the vertical line that links all 3 horizontal lines to make an E.
Edit: The marking being a wing actually makes much more sense. xD

On another note,yay! I got the cocoon! I can't wait to see what they'll become. ^u^

I really wish there was an EPPS of their caterpillar stage though. It's just so adorable!

Two more cocoons grew for me today, but nothing else.
