He attempted to tranquillise Sam and she roared, dodging the darts fairly easily. Gathering momentum in her hind legs, she leaped, knocking him over and pinning him down with her front paws. What the heck was he doing? She growled low in her throat, a warning. Perhaps she could somehow tell him who she was, or at least what she was.
