Marie's expression softened as she looked at Merrik. He truly was exausted, and the woman couldn't help but feel responsible.

Scarlette arched an eyebrow. "Aye? And what would that be, love?" She kissed his jaw.

Merrik shifted againand his eyes fluttered open. When he saw Marie he smiled apologetically and sat up. "Marie..."

Gabriel gave her an coy grin. "Oh, I believe you already know what I want."

Marie hugged him tightly, not trying to stop the tears that flowed down her face. "Oh, Giovanni! I'm so sorry!"

Scarlette grinned back. "Elaborate, please..." She kissed him again.

Merrik hugged her back with a slight confused look. "Sorry for what?"

Gabriel turned the stove off as the food in the sizzled appitizingly. He continued to grin as he spoke in a low seductive voice. "My first request is that we share this.. My second request is you... We'll just have to make up the rest as we go..."

Marie sniffed and continued to hug him. "It's obvious; I did this to you! Always needing you when you're needed here..." She sobbed harder.

Scarlette grinned coyly. "Of course..." she inhaled again and kissed his cheek. "Breakfast looks great, by the way."

Merrik smiled softly. He brushed away her tears gently. "Shhhh, Marie. This is nobodies fault but my own... Actually I was going to apologize for worrying you." He gently kissed Maries forhead.

Gabriel continued grin as he put the food onto a plate. "I would hope so. It took me years to perfect it."

Marie smiled back at him. "If you say so..."

Scarlette let go of him and crossed her arms. "What would you like to drink?"

Merriks exhaustion seemed non-exsistant now, but deep in his eyes it was still there. He chuckled slightly. "I hope I didn't worry you too much by not going back to our tent."

Gabriel looked at her. "Your choice, we are after-all sharing."

Marie shook her head. "No, it's fine. You needed your sleep and couldn't make it."

Scarlette got a glass and filled it with orange juice.

Merrik smiled sftly and stood up offering hre his hand. "Shall we return to our tent together then?"

Gabriel grabbed a fork and set the plate of food down on the table.
