I like the ribbons/trophies idea! That way we'd have something to show for the competitions we win, and it would just be a cool thing to have on our horse's page. c:

Before sending me your horse form(below) make your horse(s) a thread in the Art Galleries and Discussion forum. On that thread/post you'll want a copy of your horse's form(the form that you send me) and include any extra info that you'd like to include such as lineage, breeding info, personality traits etc. All drawings of your horse(s)(showing, training, bonding, misc, etc) should also be on their thread and should have a link to the original posting. Training and bonding images should have links to all the shows and competitions that you've used them. The purpose of this thread is to make it easy to keep track of training, bonding, and your horse's progress and value. This thread can win you points in shows for quantity of drawings and organization. Please view the example for guidelines!

I would like to join BES, every since it was created years ago but my question is, are chimeric horses allowed? I know they are rare so I am just asking before I draw a good ref for the horse I'm wanting to use for it to just get denied xD

Chimera is a possible trait, but as you said it is rare and not passable. I think Bay would accept them but were not permitting an over run of them. I'll reach out as to say no more than 1 or 2

Wow so much happened while I was away!! Love the idea of ribbons and trophies! I'll get cracking on Judge's page soon too!

And Birch, your quick thinking could have saved his life. My 6yr old thoroughbred mare developed a freak case of impaction colic and even with emergency surgery she passed away. It was so strange to the vet that he asked to keep her and find out exactly what had happened, it turns out that she had a small abnormal flap or loop of skin in her abdomen wall and her intestines got caught and there was just no way to save her. Colic is terrifying to me, and it had to be the worst day in my entire life so every sign or fear of an upset stomach and I'm going through the entire check list. </3
But I'm glad he's doing well, and he's definitely a good looking guy!

I'd hate to deny you the horse you want but my inner hipster control freak beast loathes "unusual" and rare colors because they are drawn and created everywhere on the internet and it's just taken the unique aspect out and bred resentment deep inside my heart.
also chimeric in horses is ugly irl but it's drawn really beautifully idk why but that bothers me
I don't know why people can't settle for a nice chestnut or a pretty bay(bay is my fave if u couldn't tell)
But go-ahead and send me the chimeric horse I guess because this is supposed to be a welcoming place... come join us and watch what's left of my sanity spiral into the abyss
