it took Gance seconds to take the deer down it was the largest he ever hunted, he didn't see that untill after he had killed it.It was to heavy to drag back.He looked at shadow, "You said your strong, come help me.If you don't mind".

Shadow trotted over. She dragged the deer as if it only weighed as much as a heavy back pack.

Gance just looked at her,wow he thought, he grabbed a leg and helped her drag it back.It was a good three miles to go to get back to the den.

Shadow smiled. She dragged the deer. She couldnt wait to set it down

Gance caught himself staring at shadow, she was too graceful to take his eyes off of.

Shadow smiled, feeling Gances eyes on her. She sneaked a glance at him

he looked away. he focused on the birds overhead and the rabbits in the distance.he loved being able to see thing no one else could.he tripped over a rock and fell on his face. "I meant to do that...." he said as he picked himself up, he saw he humor on shadows face and grined.he grabbed the deer and began to drag it as if nothing had happened.

He nodded. " I guess so" he said, his mouth full.They walked back to the den dragging the deer.

"Let me get that" aftermath said as she ran over.She was strong enough carry it on her back over to a high stone which they used as a table.
