It's confuzzling, try looking at it in different rooms of your house where the lighting is different, squinting does it sometimes too I don't know it's weird XP

But I mean I looked at the picture in the same spot, only placing my phone down on my bed to brush my teeth, and came back to the same pictures and then it was blue and black o.o My mom and I were sitting right next to each other and saw it differently...

Haha, it's got something to do with people's eyes, my brother and mom say it's white and gold at the moment and my sis and I say blue and black XP ))

Also after my riding lesson I got off and looked at the picture again (I had it saved on my phone) aND IT WAS WHITE AND GOLD.)

As for the dress, I mostly see a light blue and a strange kind of black that gets a golden tint near the collar. But earlier I was scrolling through Ayra's Tumblr and when the image popped up for a short moment I saw it as white and gold, but then I fully scrolled and focused and it was back to black/gold and blue. x3
Totally Loki's doing, I'm certain. He's trying to mess with our minds and I'm enjoying it ))
