The bright colors clash with each other. It might fit the character if they're actually a trickster, but you could still try to work with more desaturated shades. Also making some colors darker and some lighter would help a ton!
Still, there are little things that hint to his personality, which is good!

ahhh i really like that shes not symmetrical [i feel like thats missing on a lot of rab characters bc the markings on rabs aren't usually like that] although the one side of hair is throwing me off <3
