"Yes, I think so." She said, and licked his shulder to comfort him. "Hey, you dont need to protect me. I'm not your baby-sister anymore, am I?" She purred, poking him with one paw.

"Yea! I wanna go on that patrol too! I mean even my mother is going! And she was a loner! Not fair!" She kicked a pebble with her paw. Muttering : "unfair... so unfair..." over and over again.

"It will be Sunhigh soon, and if we are going to reach the Moonpool at the well, we must go soon. Do you know how to make traveling herbs?"
Meadowflower hoped that the Earthquake had not harmed the Well where the Moonpool was located.

"Maybe we can sneak after them?" He suggested with a quieter tone. He gave a glance to Foxpaw, wondering if the tom would like to join them, seeing as the fact that he had not been chosen either.

Hazel was still in slight shock that she was one of the cats to go on the journey, but quickly shook it off. This is an important job, but still... why would they trust me? I only joined the clan less than 9 moons ago. The brown tabby shrug it off and padded over to Cinderpaw, Scorchpaw, and Foxpaw, hearing them whispering but didn't know what. She licked Cinderpaw's head and spoke to her. "Now, now, Cinderpaw. None of us asked to go, and this is a very big responsibility. How am I going to trust you to look over your brothers if you don't behave now?"

Stormpaw bounded up. Feeling awkward, he said, "Hello." He dipped his head to the slightly older cats. "I'm going to guess we're going to go at like first light...?"
