We have to start small. This army will start by encouraging owners to step up and adopt out their kiamaras when they have mass amounts, however once we start to grow we can move on to asking kiamara people to not allow people to buy more then 1 kiamara from a batch. And then to getting them to only allow you to change kiamaras every 2 months or sometime we might work out. Once I know we are strong and independent we go to apple/Pandora with a signed petition that all members can sign asking to lower levels of kiamaras and having rules against hogging. Once we have finished our goal we can continue in small ways to keep the community standing. Every month a new idea will be set out. 12 events, 1 year and around 700 kiamaras.

Kiamaras are my species and this is honestly completely unnecessary. You are trying to change ownership rules that I have decided upon, and that is completely disrespectful. No petition is going to make me change that; you will never be able to force people to give up their kiamaras.
People who have many Kiamaras most likely have them because- surprise- they love and cherish them greatly. Making them give their kiamaras up is completely uncalled for. This is also very disrespectful to the people you are targeting with this.

I'm sorry that this is not the answer you are looking for, but frankly, Kiamaras are an online species, and you don't get to tell me how I need to run it.
If you continue to disrespect me and/or members of the Kiamara community, you will be banned from the species.

I literally can't believe what I just read??? Holy moly this post is so disrespectful and self-entitled. I have no idea what kind of reaction you were expecting when you posted this, because literally no one is going to support this idea (besides a select few who may be selfish enough to follow along with this ploy). Just because a person's character(s) belong to a popular species doesn't mean they're any less of a character in the eyes of the owner. They worked hard to obtain their kiamaras because SURPRISE they love them. Forcing people to give up the characters they spent effort in trying to get is absolutely ridiculous. You want to take away something that someone enjoys simply because you want one or more yourself. DON'T even TRY to tell me you wouldn't hoard away as many kias as you could if you got the chance. Since that's obviously the mindset you have. Other owners don't see their characters as hoards or their love for the species as hogging. They see them as cherished characters that they spoil whenever they get the opportunity.

THEY ENJOY THEM. That's all that matters and it's seriously downright selfish to want to rip chars away from someone.

I agree wholeheartedly with what apple said. This is her species, and if you have a problem with how the species is run then you can remove yourself from it's audience. You don't need a kiamara to survive. They're a great opportunity and very fun to have, but part of the fun is trying your hardest to obtain one in the first place. You lose one and you cry??? Then it's time to re-evaluate your priorities since they're digital designs and are meant to be a fun species for people to enjoy! Just try harder the next time! Almost everyone can get a kia if they keep trying, but for now, be patient and don't spread rude posts like this.

Uh dude, newsflash. We worked hard for our kias. Me expecially. Before trading began I had 1. Who i gracially coowned with a non owner. I didnt have to but i did and I got an amazing friend out of it who is trying to help me. Point is I started out with one and now i have 5, if you try you can get one but you need to step up and offer then you normally wouldn't.

ps. Nobody will join this insanity because we acctually love our kias. You need to stop being so mad and tell people who have 3 or more we are selfish. We arn't, we worked hard for where we are. We continue to work hard.

no, you're not putting an end to humanity's greed, your first claim may have been an overstatement of what you're trying to do. people who want to win kias as intensely as always first in line probably aren't merely "hogging", they're probably very devoted to the species; a person with no kias may have the same amount of passion as people with 3 or 4. so yes, I would see why people who already have kias would want more. every design is unique and regardless of species, is the base of a completely new character, and all you need is a tiny spark or idea to really want to put that character into play.

additionally, the implication that people who do have more than 4 kiamaras is a bit distasteful. are staff and ex-staff members bad owners? i'll wholeheartedly back up sadbloom in saying that people who are willing to create art, spend money, and put in hours of work to their kias (especially if they have multiple kias) seem like they're a pretty active owner to me, and the effort put into each character just shows how much they love them. i love all my kias. i'm sure you love yours. you see all these people in the fanclub having fun with other owners, why imply that they don't care about their kias?

i've been on this site and following the fanbase for about three years. tried out for many kias, and when i did finally win my first kia around last summer-ish, it was only a runner up. my advice may be a bit outdated seeing as there aren't too many adoptions, but all you really have to do is work hard. show that devotion to the species. i'm in the staff now, when about three years ago kiamaras were as much of an unreachable cool-kid club to me as lots of non-owners perceive them as now. be an active community member, be an agreeable, friendly community member, make friends in the community even if you're not an owner yet, and just keep a sharp eye out for auctions and events. i also want you to understand it is beyond the ability of the artists to provide kias to everyone. there will be many who are without a kiamara, and trust me, we do not like that, nor do we really want it, as it only sparks an unfriendly competition between community members in a group where the purpose is merely to have fun.

bottom line, no, taking away characters from active owners won't reduce greediness and depression in the community. it'll probably do the opposite. if you cry after losing a contest for a virtual adoptable, i don't think you're crying for the right reasons.

but you're doing this in order to get more kias for yourselves??
