I guess you've heard about this center before, but now it was time for a updated version of it. Everything will be just like before, the only thing that will be different is how I will run it. Instead of doing mass pixel art for just a single person, I will be using a round system to keep me from over extending the wait and myself. There are forms from the old topic but parras do change in appearance and with the new shop coming along I deem it fit to start fresh. So start dropping those sick beats and make sure to read those rules too!

᚜ So what is the round system?
The round system is just a way to keep things more organized for both you and I.
Each round will consist of one parra ref being posted per user, the round will then end when about 5 forms are posted or when I say it is. If you own more than a single parra then you must wait til the next round is open for forms.
᚜ No mini-modding, the staff mods and I can take care of it.
᚜ Do not post unless you own a parrapup.
᚜ Make sure to notate if your parra has any edits.
᚜ PM if you have any questions or concerns about this topic.
