Tauriel let a smile creep back onto her face, glad for the company of her sister, Maethriel, and one of her closest companions, Legolas. And although she did not know this Hulden girl well, she knew that there was safety in numbers, and hence the she-Elf was glad for her presence as well. She glanced curiously at Maethriel; her sister looked very tired, but there was a question Tauriel had been dying to ask since she'd rediscovered her sister. "Maethriel," she asked, leaning in a bit so it was easier to read her lips. "In the time that we were apart...did you ever find anything out in regards to...who our parents were?" this was a question that had been nagging at the back of Tauriel's mind for a while now. She had a vague, vague memory of a mother who had once gazed lovingly into her eyes, but whoever that woman was was gone now, and she felt as though she had never gazed at a father-figure before.

Bilbo's chest was heaving, more from absolute terror than anything else. He blinked uncomprehendingly at the newcomer, then swallowed the bile rising at the back of his throat.
And just when I thought I had already faced the most terrifying thing ever! This...ring-wraith-thingy had equaled if not surpassed the dread he'd felt when facing Smaug. The Hobbit un-snagged his coat and rose shakily to his feet, dusting himself off and trying to look at least somewhat dignified. Thank goodness for this stranger. He looked quite pale and Elf-ish, and Bilbo got the sense he was someone awfully important - just a hunch. He walked - or rather hobbled - over to where Thailsetho stood over Kili and looked up at the stranger wonderingly, trying his best to ignore the strange, sharp chill that was numbing the arm that the Nazgul had nicked. "Th-Thank you! Will my friend be alright?" he frowned at that last part. "And...if leaving will not help us, where is there for us to go?"
