Saelweth looked at lord elrond and sighed as helrenthrad seemed to be tangling his hair "Helrenthrad don't play with your uncles hair it's not polite to do so" She said

Helrenthrad looked at his mother and nodded and just untangled his uncles hair with in matter of seconds before just attempting to snuggle against him for warmth and comfort. "how come you don't have saber-cat like Faeron he has one and he rides it why do you ride a horse?" Helrenthrad said curious as to whether or not his uncle had large dangerous animals like his people did.

"what exactly do you do aside from follow lord elrond around like a lost dog without a master" Gaewen said she was curious about and had used the lost dog as an example because he did look like he was utterly lost and confused most of the time.

Celeborn looked down at his granddaughter sternly. "Arwen..." he sighed. "Perhaps it would be best if I took you to your father and let him decide..." he glanced over at the Lord of Rivendell and raised a curious brow when he glimpsed Helrenthrad doing something or other with his uncle's hair. "You and your cousin have something in common, at least...you both manage to get yourselves into messy situations, whether intentionally or not." he waved a hand dismissively. "You're here now, anyway, and there's not much I can do about that at the moment." he shook his head and started heading over to Elrond, beckoning for Arwen to follow and calling out, "Elrond! Your daughter is here."

Mila glanced at Aslaf, wringing her hands around each other idly before finally piping up. "...So...do you travel much?" she asked curiously. He looked like he could very well be a traveler. He had a ruggedly-handsome-enough look about him, but then again, most Dwarves were rugged, so it didn't rule out much, unfortunately.

"i travel all the time mostly with Selphyn she's a half elf half skinchanger" Aslaf said and added "but I do not like traveling all that much even though I have been traveling most of my life" he said

"I am not the only who does it my brothers are the same way and you know very well that Elladan and Elrohir have a talent for getting themselves into and out of trouble" Arwen said

Lindir scoffed in embarrassment at the question Gaewen asked, not knowing exactly how to reply to it. "I do not follow him like a lost dog!" He then realized he had raised his voice and quieted rather quickly, "besides...he knows nothing about Tolkien." As soon as the dire heard his name, he popped out of the shadows with his giant tail wagging furiously. The elf sighed heavily, resisting the urge to facepalm. When the giant furball barked unexpectedly he jumped like he had been shot.

Elrond was taken by surprise at Helrenthrad's question, but had no time to answer as his father-in-law walked towards him with his daughter not too far away. "Arwen? What are you doing here?" He did not seem angry, for he knew that his children were adults and were able to make their own choices, even if he didn't like it.

"Half the room knows tolkien exists at this point as if him being in the room isn't enough" Gaewen said and added "you do so follow him like that and I think it is rather whats the word i'm looking for I guess adorable your also quite handsome and you have dire wolf for a pet" she said


Arwen glanced over at lindir and spotted tolkien "father when did Lindir get a pet dire wolf?" she asked pointing at the large black animal as it barked. "and I'm here because I was worried about my cousin" she said she had overheard hulden when she had come to get her father this resulted in her borrowing glorfindels horse and riding too mirkwood.


Saelweth's dire wolf Vanye wondered over too Tolkien and nipped at him trying to make him move and growling at him playfully she was smaller then him but big enough that she could most definitely play with the larger wolf. She let out a bark and seemed to just run in circle and tackle tolkien.

Elrond instantly froze as he heard multiple barks, accompanied by Arwen's question. "Some time ago, it seems," he muttered, obviously upset with having this information hidden from him. He put Helrenthrad down before stiffly walking over to Lindir, elves scattering out of the normally calm lord's way. "Lindir...would you care to explain?" He stated, stopping mere feet infront of the poor elf with his arms crossed.

The Minstrel blushed at Gaewen's words, but they were quickly interrupted by a very, very angry Elrond. He suddenly found the ground to be much more interesting, shifting uncomfortably under the superior's intense stare. Lindir mumbled something unintelligent, stumbling over his words as he tried to explain without angering Elrond even more.

Tolkien barked at Vanye playfully, though his attention kept shifting from her to Lindir every now and then to see if his master was alright. He whined in exasperation as he was tackled by the she-wolf.

Arwen sighed picking helrenthrad up and heading over to her grandfather helrenthrad seemed grateful to be held again though he seemed to want his grandfather at the moment as he reached out towards his grandfather wanting to be held by him.


Vanye seemed to give Tolkien a lick she seemed to like him and as the only other dire wolf there she seemed to be intent on playing with the large dire wolf.

Gaewen looked at lord elrond. "If you had just told him about the dire wolf in first place lindir this whole situation could have been avoided" Gaewen said

Celeborn crossed his arms and remained stoic - as always - as he watched the scene unfold before him. He had to say, he felt a twinge of sympathy for Elrond. He'd just been bombarded with two big surprises over the course of five minutes. The Lord of Lothlorien simply decided the wisest course of action would be to sit back and wait this one out. His eyes flitted to Arwen and he smiled when he saw that she was handing Helrenthrad over to him. The Elf Lord took his grandson gratefully and held him tightly, his stoic expression suddenly broken by a small smile. "Hello again, Young One."

Mila glanced at him curiously. "Hm, why do you travel so much if you don't like it?" she wondered aloud, eyes glinting inquisitively. It didn't make much sense to her, honestly. In her opinion, if one does not like something and they are not obligated by duty to do that certain thing, then they shouldn't have to do it...

"Selphyn and I have no place to live I haven't found place to settle down and selphyn hasn't found anyone to settle down with" Aslaf said and added "so we travel" he said

Arwen smiled at helrenthrad who put his hand on her grandfather's face for no apparent reason he was misbehaving and no one was telling him not to do things. it seemed his mother was asleep and definitely not in any condition to control the child.


Saelweth seemed to have fallen asleep sprawled out next to thranduil Faeron had at some point put a fur blanket over her so she could sleep. comfortably

Faeron seemed to be a baby sitter at the moment he'd managed to get all the elfling's to rest most of them where with their parents his own son was completely asleep it seemed that the group was tired and faeron him was holding his son and napping.

The dwarf only managed to nod, as his throat was now dry and closed up. He took a step back from the Nazgul that had now taken a step towards him. He held out his sword, his hand shaking out of fright. Kili took a wild swing at the Wraith, missing completely. He threw another swipe at it, this time catching its arm. It shrieked and then proceeded even more towards Kili. It thrust its sword upward into his chest. He sucked in a cold, forced breath of the now freezing air, then fell to the ground. The Wraith then turned to follow Bilbo. "R-run B-b-bilb-bo!" he cried faintly.

He smiled at the happy scene, then quickly added his own comment to the busy chatter. "I say we go quickly to the Halls of the Woodland realm to restock, then proceed immediately to Maethriels kingdom," he said to everyone. He then moved closer to Tauriel and added "Thanks for not bringing your puppy."
