Redkit trembled as Pinefang disappeared and reappeared in his mind. He started towards them. "N-No! I can't... control self!"

Pinefang stared at the kit's mind. "Hardly any darkness! Oh well. Hardly any is enough."

Oceankit froze, her eyes widening. Then she ran back to camp. "HELP!! PINEFANG-REDKIT-CONTROL!!"

"Oceankit, calm down and tell me what's wrong." Tinyflower told the kit.

"Pinefang got into Redkit-" Oceankit gasped, trembling.

"Who got into Redkit?" Tinyflower asked, having no idea who that was.

Cinderwing appeared next to them. "Pinefang, your grandfather. He's a Dark Forest cat, and he tried to kill Nightstar." she explained quickly.

"Get Nightstar, get Doeleap, get anyone-" She said frantically, running around the camp.

Tinyflower ran to Nightstar. "Redkit's possessed by some cat called Pinetooth... no, Pinefang," she meowed.

Nightstar gasped. "Bring him to me. CAREFULLY. He's dangerous."

Oceankit nodded, and ran back, picking up Redkit by the scruff firmly and bringing him back.

Redkit thrashed around, managing to kick Oceankit in the chest once, but not hard.

Oceankit puffed out her breath, and set him on the ground, but not letting go of his scruff.
