but, man, are these cats every so freakin' smart, it almost bugs me how smart they are, it does, to be correct..

I know this is just a book, but, how smart these cats are is, crazy.. (I know cats are smart, but when it comes to a specific subject, it just, wow)

11. Years.
Now, let's just make note that she's LEADER. Which means...
9. More. Lives. To. Go.
The average life of a housecat is 12-15 years. It would honestly be a miracle that a cat lived for that long, especially after being dragged out in the snow at less than one moon old, sicknesses without very reliable treatments, and battles. So. Many. Battles.

Plus, she's been living on a wet soggy island with a group of other stray cats eating a fixed diet of fish and basically rats.

wow, that's a fantastic idea. i'd never actively considered the associations sounds have with certain actions. to some extent its like the kiki/bouba effect yeah? but like, what other animals would perceive it as. Hs and other throat sounds would be aggressive in cats I suppose? man im digging this! psycholinguistics and stuff

What irks me most is the cats that live and die
Oh how sick an tired I got of all the old characters.
I celebrated when Firestar finally died, but so many other super old characters lived on
But young cats died?
What's up with that?
Sure, there's less story about them, but they're the future of the Clan! Nobody cares about all the original arc and NP characters anymore, if they care at all.
Honestly, so many cats should've died long ago

A list of cats I want to be dead-
Sandstorm- Reason: She's old already, right..? Oh wait- She's older than Firestar..? I think Erin would think it would be.. Cute for Sandstorm being with her mate in Starclan. She misses him, right?

Greystripe- Reason: Well.. He's ready to burst out with secrets already. We would love to watch this warrior die, already. And he would enjoy being with his best friend in starclan.

Dustpelt- Reason: Now.. Dustpelt.. Well, there's actually no reason for me to say :P

Mothwing- Reason: I liked her when she was a kit but.. A medicine cat that doesn't believe in starclan? She must be very, very, stupid. Doesn't she see that leaders have nine lives granted from starclan? She has lots of proof in front of her.

I think a cat language could work as long as it only replaces words cats wouldn't use from English as it is supposed to be cat language translated into English (or whatever language the book's in.

He used NINE LIVES
They're on their first and only.

AND DUSTPELT STILL LIVED LONGER even if he did die.
