anatomy guide

Postby qwertyo » Thu Feb 19, 2015 8:13 pm

It's 12 AM now and I still haven't done research for my speech topic. Procrastinating so hard right now aaa.

Anyways, here's a quick anatomy guide for that one species. I think anyone who ever makes an original species needs to create an anatomy guide of sorts, it's really helpful for people drawing them.

If anyone wants me to elaborate on certain things, just ask!

I've been really digging these guys since you posted a sketch of them a while ago! I think it's neat that they generally come off canine but I see a lot of like... big cat heaviness in there, too? And I really like how shiny and gemmy the sacs look; they remind me a little of the cobras on FR (possibly because I keep hunting up so many Emerald Strikers.)

I also really like how you put a lot of thought into your species/worldbuilding, qwertyo--it's very inspiring!

Good luck with speechstuff! Gosh I never did take Speech I could. not. do. it. I know the pains of procrastination though geez.

Thanks for the interest! And glad you said they're sorta big cat-ish, I was going for something like that. I wanted something more "heavy' than pallios.

And oh man, emerald strikers. I've actually started in hunt down the cobras in FR too, haha. I only have a few so it's gonna take a really long time, but dang, it'll be worth it once I have that cobra familiar.

I literally just finished typing up an outline for my speech, actually! Had to wake up early to do so, haha. Man, this is gonna be one heck of a speech.
