my name is meowien,and I'd adore some art of my Plumies.so I'm holding a contest.

I must be able to keep the art,even if you don't win.

Reese is an FBI agent,who doesn't take her job too lightly.Her job is to get into disguises and pretend to be someone to get information,or follow a person.Most of the time,not too hard a task for her.She already acts like a creepy little stalker.


Pet;;

This little pup's name is Gar;he was assigned to Reese when she started her job and is one of the few things Reese actually cares about.She has to,otherwise the pup would never be fed and would be completely ignored.


A Brief Summary Of Her Life/Important Events;;
Reese was born into a family of three,just her and her parents.The beginning of her life was a simple one.She had two loving parents,Rosa and Michael.Who's only faults at first were that while they loved their daughter,they were both air headed in the way of not giving their little girl the bonding time with them that she needed.Reese was a sweet little one,always apologizing for things,and trying to make others happy.Well,in that,she never really tried making herself happy,and she always acted happy,so one would never know inside she was secretly a scared little thing,wishing desperately for any attention or care.


When little Reese reached the age of eight,she was not all to popular at school--with teachers of course,students not so much.She was bullied constantly,and any friends she had normally only spoke to or hung out with her for a short time before ignoring her completely.She was more or less the goody two shoes teachers pet,which no one really liked too much.She kept going through these cycles,losing his friends.And then eventually...


The bullying and betrayal got to her.She started to snap slowly,as will be explained in her personality, and her class mates and even family started to fear her.She moved out at 18 quick because of her parents fears and they shut off most contact with her at first,then slowly learning more about her are now her two greatest allies.She hates everyone who wronged her,and is a big supporter of anti-bullying,and despises kids who just use others as friends.


Personality;;
Reese is cold.She does not like to be near others,more likely to want to be home alone,curled up on her couch with a book or something.She normally does not get in any kind of relationship other than enemies,and if she acts like your friend most likely that's her acting for whatever role her job calls her to play.If it's real....oh you would know.She's very overprotective of those she truly loves,her parents for example.

One strange thing about her however,is the fact that she can go from one minute being her normal cold and distant self,to what others deem as "insane" in about three seconds.However,insanity is not the case here.Reese is simply using this effect of being insane for fear.It works a lot,when she needs to get a job done,or get someone to listen,or maybe protecting herself or someone else.She is not insane,for the simple fact that she is in control of herself,and knows what she's doing.

On another hand,Reese is an extremely loyal Plumie once you get to know her--break through her hard shell of anger.She may form a bond with you,who knows?And if she does?She will defend you to her last breath if need be.She chooses her friends carefully,and doesn't let herself get close to anyone quickly.If she becomes a friend to someone,it takes a while

Monica is a very quiet and reserved Plume.She likes to keep to herself,and would rather read a book that talk to someone.She is a nerd,following after her mom in her love of Pokemon,ironically her favorite being Vaporeon.She has a pair of glasses that are too big,but she has to deal with them because she needs them.She doesn't connect well with others,and has a hard time getting along,often scared of other kids and to shy to introduce herself to them.She has a huge stuttering problem and often gets a squeaky voice when she is nervous.So all the time.

After growing up a bit,Hibi has turned the way he acts around a bit.He now takes crap from no Plumie,and tends to backsass a little more than he needs to.He still adores his mom,daddy,and siblings,but normally only they and close friends see his sweet and loving side.Years of constant bullying has turned him wary of kids him doesn't know and his old tormentors.He isn't horribly shy around anyone,unless of course he has a crush on them and/or looks up to them a lot.He's not as bad as Reese in the way that he is wary of new friends,as he is more willing to give someone a chance,but betray him and then he will be as bad as Reese towards you.

Perth is one of the most mellow Plumies you will ever meet. He has nary a mean or excitable bone in his body, and handles stressful situations with a cool head and steady hands.

He is very gentle and loving towards almost everyone he meets, and will always lend a helping paw to anyone who happens to need it.

introverted; timid; wary
Perth spends most of his time alone, writing his books or drawing. He isn't a big fan of crowds or just being around a person at all, so when he meets someone he's not familiar with, he's is often very shy and tends to make spelling errors when writing to them.

It really doesn't take much taunting or rudeness to make Perth cry. He is very self conscious and doesn't take much pride in himself or his appearance, especially that he's deaf and has difficulty dealing with others. However, he does have one trait he prides himself on -- his eyes. That deep, teal color is his favorite.

Surprisingly, Perth suffers from unipolar depression.When he has nothing to do, and is alone with his thoughts, his mind becomes a nightmare of "what if's". -- what if my friends hate me,what if I'm annoying,what if I die tomorrow,what if someone I love dies..? It doesn't take much to send Perth into a downward spiral; part of the reason he focuses so intently on his writing.

Above all, Perth wants to travel the world with his best friend,Eleazar. Never one to let his disability hold him back, he has always wanted to globe trot, desperate to learn more about the world around him, always filled with wistfulness and wanderlust. And he has finally found someone who shares this dream -- Eleazar. He's willing to do almost anything to make his dream a reality, no matter how long it may take.

➣d i s a b i l i t y
What do you do when you cannot hear anyone? You dream. Perth is deaf. He cannot speak, nor can he hear.This pains him, as he really does wish to know what it's like to hear the world, and communicate with other Plumies normally. However, Perth has found a resourceful way to cope with his disability -- while he is deaf, Perth's eyesight is exceptionally good, and thus he uses this gift to its fullest potential. Since has paws,so he can't use sign language; no, Perth opts for a different mode of communication. He has a small white board, with a marker (shown below), that he carries everywhere he goes and writes what he wants to say on it. He then hands it to the other person and asks them to do the same so he can read it. It's his own special way of interacting with the world around him, and he's been able to make his way through the world despite his deafness. His favorite symbol is a heart, in accordance with his loving nature, and it's rare that his little messages aren't ended with one.

Perth identifies as bisexual, with a homosexual lean -- while he is attracted mostly to men, he wouldn't mind being with a girl if she was the right one!


➣o c c u p a t i o n
Not surprisingly, due to his talent for writing and love for teaching (Perth is also a school teacher on the weekdays, minus Friday. He teaches younger Plumies; his subjects are English and Writing), he writes books for children and young adults. Perth is also quite the artist, and does commissions if he has free time or needs a little extra cash.
