Sandpaw smiled as her brother padded up. "Hi, Puddlepaw! I'm- just going out for a hunt!" She meowed. She tried to look bright. Nobody could know that she was going out to visit her kitnapper. Gem was now a part of her, and she couldn't let that go.

Is that clear?"" she asked the tom.
