ello there, i'm thorne and i'm looking for a
few onexones to occupy my time when i'm
not busy. i'll try not to drag along this little
introduction bit for too, seeing that most
people in the roleplaying community here
already know me. however for those who
do not, i'm a semi-literate writer and quite
an experienced coder. my average posts
are expected to range from 300 to 600+
words each in addition to neat formatting
and forms [feel free to scroll through my
posts for any examples]. when it comes to
roleplaying, i mirror the my partner's post
most times and i'm comfortable with both
gender and mxf or mxm relationships.
aside from my current account here, i also
have accounts on forgotten toys and adva-
nced scribes, both of which can be used
for any mature content [which i'm complet-
ely fine with also]. i'm not looking for too
much in a partner, just someone who isn't
afraid to talk/plan and who is patient with
me when i don't post a reply straight away.

hello there!
nec naturalis here! I'm an asexual, panromantic female that absolutely adores writing. ûvû ; I'm in the Eastern timezone, but I often fulfill my roleplaying quota during the night, so my activity may not be pertinent to that! I mainly roleplay males; I may try out a girl or two, but it's unlikely that I'll really take to the idea. (I'm willing to play them as side characters later on!) writing styles and length of replies on my end vary, but I'll be certain to at least try to produce a post of the same length as yours. one-liners will never appear! if I use a faceclaim, there's a pretty high chance it won't be from anime.

as an iPad is p much the only thing I utilize for typing, I may be kind of adverse to coding! sorry :c I'll definitely format my posts with the text size I'm using now, however.

as a roleplayer, the only thing I request from you is that you are alright with same-gender romance, inside roleplays and out of them. 'O' you don't actually have to implement it into the roleplay, but this topic is important to me for personal reasons!
additionally, I'm actually pretty burnt out on heterosexual/"straight" romance for the moment *u*" sorry, ahah

The roar of light echoed, unyielding, throughout the young man's consciousness as he moved to raise a hand, shield himself, crawl back into the darkness. Tendrils of black, black - safety, familiarity. It had called to him before and did not do so now. Confusion was the first indicator of life where, once, it had been the last. Cotton and jeans were draped over a frame that had been slick with sweat, stiffened, cold. Medicine could not save him then. Shouldn't have...shouldn't be in regular - it seemed wrong, bestial. Where he remembered sterility there was none, nothing. He was repentant. This was his punishment.

A cough tore itself involuntarily from his lips as Calix searched, hesitantly, for recompense; a means to slake the thirst he had once escaped in death. Death. Had he really died? He hadn't. Couldn't have. Surely a truth would be afforded to him at the end of his existence, draped in silk or wounded, red. This was clarity. He didn't deserve this. Nobody asked for the end.

Blue eyes opened at the insistence of his mind. His first thought was brain damage, convolution where there was once simplicity. A final movement propelled him off the bed, his body clamoring for liquid, dehydration subjugating all that was Calix Turner and morphing it into something vaguely feral. He wanted - needed. He was there. His thoughts were not.

Interests

- the supernatural/paranormal! I really love this premise, tbh. it's probably the one I've mulled the most over. black shucks with humanoid forms, hunters of the supernatural getting turned into species that are generally hostile towards each other, spirits in the moral "gray area" that deign to grant wishes to those who do good deeds and punish those that don't with sickness. kelpies and cappall uisce - water horses - wandering about only to become vicious and drag riders into the water. diseases and illnesses that affect the normally tame paranormal population, propelling them back to their visceral and fatal roots, making them the malevolent creatures they are in mythology. tons of things honestly!! angel x demon is always a possibility hellooo

- shapeshifters. ahh okay, there's the generic premise for this but I think there can be a lot of others too! like a world where the shapeshifters in question use skins or other charms in order to shift, and young ones have to go out and find their own. or a society where everyone grows into becoming able to turn into a different animal, and certain ones are more valued in it than others.

- humans with powers.

- experiments. this could combine with the above things - like humans that are forced to become members of the supernatural or given powers, then trained to achieve a super soldier effect.

- pretty much anything, really! if I haven't suggested that I'm adverse to it, I'd probably be happy to try it out! ; v;

Things That I am Currently Unable to Roleplay

- fandoms. I'm sorry; I worry/obsess about these too much for roleplaying them to be fun for either of us! ;n;'

- realistic roleplays. due to my physical shortcomings I've grown kind of bad at these. apologies!

- zombie apocalypses. others are fine though!

- vampires. these are the only mythological creatures I can't deal with, in all honesty?? hnnh my condolences

Hi there, I'm Beguile.
I'm a semi-literate to literate writer who can easily match whatever you feel like writing. I can role-play male or female characters, and will generally only write for one character, unless you would like to double up.
I would prefer to role-play on a forum, as it's easier for me to keep track.

At the moment, I'm only looking for one type of role-play, and that's based on the Mass Effect Franchise. I don't mind if it's canon or OC, I just really want to satisfy my craving for some good old Mass Effect drama. hello all, I am weasel and I would prefer to be called that,
As you can see I am looking for a one x one roleplay and I
was hoping that some of you lovely people would be willing
to do one with me. if you can't be bother to read all of it,
you can just read the bolded text. I don't consider myself
as being semi literature as I do get writers block quite a bit
thought I can write around 20 to 30 words in a post when I
have good muse. I have good grammar and spelling though

I am .em s'ti, formerly known as Miss Jackson and I'm searching for 1x1 roleplays (Obviously), here or off-site, depending on the genre and your preferences. You can call me Galaxy, Buddy, Em, Phone, or even Darling if you would like.

-I am a semi-lit to literate roleplayer. I can post anywhere from a few sentences to about two paragraphs comfortably, with good spelling and grammar overall.
-I can play either male or female characters. I can play a number of characters at a time and I can do many different styles of character. Pretty versatile :3
-I have my pairings in most of my fandoms and I am usually most interested in M x M (of FxF) roleplays, particularly in a fandom with human characters. Ask me about my pairings if you wish! Don't be shy, I don't bite. Or stab, slice, claw, or anything of the sort.
-I usually reply pretty fast, though I am often busy, I will try to post between several times a day and once every few days. As a forewarning, my replies tend to be less frequent via email or PM roleplays.
-I am friendly. I will talk out of character as much as you want, or not at all if you so desire. I usually end up making friends with most of my 1x1 partners :3
-I only roleplay in third person past tense.

What Do I Expect From You?
I am looking for a partner at a similar literacy level, who will reply fairly often, about as much as I do. I expect you to roleplay in the same tense/POV I do, please. I can be on at least three hours everyday. I will tell you if I am going somewhere and I won't be able to get on as much. I can post from three sentences to a couple paragraphs. It really just depends on how much my partner writes and my muse. I usually try to mirror posts, though. If you only type one sentence, I will most likely only type one sentence. I reply pretty quickly, and I only play males. Maybe once in a while I will play a female, but I really only do males. I only role-play on threads. It's much easier, in my opinion. I don't role-play over PM or on any other sites. I have proper grammar, you should to.

I have seen so many people type like four words and then another person replies with like two paragraphs. It actually really annoys me when people type like that.
