Every year, the five largest werewolf packs of North America hold a challenge for the Blazers. The Blazers are werewolves at the age of 18 and older who haven't found their mates. Mates are a werewolf's other half. Once they find them, they cannot be alone from one another. Males usually are very possessive and protective. You feel sparks when you touch and the connection is strongest when their near. Most mates can smell one another from a long distance. The five packs send all their Blazers into the Viryric. The Viryric is 'No Mans Land' and far from all the surrounding territories. The Blazers are given a year to find their mate in the vast land before the packs come to retrieve them. If they don't successfully find their mate, they will be left and unwelcomed back into their packs. Most wolves die due to the harsh conditions in Viryric, one of the many reasons why a pack hasn't claimed the land. The Blazers goal is simply to survive. There will be fights, bloodshed, starvation but one thing known is that throughout it all; you'll find the one made for you. Does it sound worth it..? You decide.
Viryric
Viryric is an eerie, mysterious place filled with many dangers.
Bears. Bears are unruly creatures when you're alone. They often don't mess with packs but could easily pick off a lone wolf.
Rouges. These are the werewolves who either didn't find their mate and was left to die or one who stayed because they chose too. Either way they're brutal and merciless and usually mourn the loss of their mates and take it on the Blazer's.
The Rivers. Viryric holds many rivers. Fast paced, rapid filled rivers that can suck a wolf down under. Beware if you try to cross, you may loose your life.
Falling rocks and trees. Not common but has been heard of, stay clear of mountain sides as they hold many disasters.
As much as Viryric is unruly, there is one danger that it has that doesn't affect everyone. This is rejection. If you do find your mate and they don't want you, they can reject and it will hurt you both physically and mentally. Both of you will likely become Rouges.
Other Blazers. Not everyone is your friend; in fact, your pack mates can kill you in Viryric if they wish. It's free for all in this deadly forest and not many can cope with the terrain.
Starvation. It can hit you fast and it can make you suffer. This is what drives a wolf insane and at times, cannibalistic.

~For the sake of the RP, in wolf form you can talk though only a little bit. Most wolves tend to use gestures, movements, growls, howling and barking instead of speech.

Winter has yet to reach Viryric. The animals that roam the wilderness have taken advantage of the warmer days but leads to serious confrontations with predators that lurk. Only high up in the mountains hold the bitter snow. Everything is bloomed to life and seems peaceful. Just don't let Viryric play it's tricks on you.
